Hey chickies, I am down 3.3 lbs this morning...it's was water weight yesterday indeed! Everyone in my house is happy. When momma is happy, everyone else is!!!
Ok. I know for a fact that I did not eat 14000 calories in the past 2 days. Apparently my scale does not. 239.0 this am. I am gonna cry! But, on the other hand, my husband was a great guy last night and actually talked to me about my weight journey and how 3 was feeling. It was great!
Jellofer-your scale is playing tricks just like mine did 2 days ago...drink lots of water and eat a banana as I hear the potassium in a banana will help flush out the water weight.

I am going to weigh in tomorrow-one more time for January and also to get my starting weight for February.
Hey girls! Sorry I've been absent for a week. I really wanted to get on here, but duty called and I was packing like mad to try to get into our new place. It's crazy here, but I'm back online and I even posted the February thread. Normally I would have done it a couple days ago, but time would not permit me to do ANYTHING except pack and move things! LOL
I've missed you guys... Tomorrow, I will to re-read the last few pages so I can try to acknowledge all those who reached their goals this month. CONGRATULATIONS in advance!! I did not meet goal and in fact I've been eating poorly and I'll explain more on that in the Feb. thread. Look forward to seeing you all there!!
Hi everyone,
Just a quick check in to post my loss of 3.4 lbs this week. Finally I think my head is back in the game. I have exercised this week and stayed totally OP so yeah. Now I am a far cry from my January goal of onderland but at least I am back at it. So now onderland is Februarys goal.
I will be on more in Feb so that I don't get so far behind it is to daunting to go back and do personals.
Just know that I am so happy for all of you that have made goal and for those who did not give up and keep trying.

Didn't lose as much as I would like. But it was a good loss. My highest weight this month was 237.4. So I lost 9.2 if I counted weight regained and lost.
so as of today I weighed in at 250 meaning that I lost a total of 10lbs!!! Which also means I went 2lbs past my goal!!! For February, I would really like to lose 15lbs getting me to 235lbs, which is pushing it a little but why not!!?
to all the ladeies that didn't reach their goals, have no worries because any weight lost is still an accomplishment!
