Well girls, I ordered a new scale. The new one measures body fat, and by 0.2 increments. I am hoping the 0.2 thing will really help keep me motivated. I too am a daily weigher, but I gain weight when I don't.

Louisa- WTG, Hard work does pay off. I feel like I am deprived sometimes too, but my food journal is proof that I really am not.
Don't forget Protein is your friend when it comes to fending of hunger pangs. OH and WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
Shea5-Good luck on gettting it all sorted out. HOpefully your body will get with the program, but don't overdo it either, it is all about balance, and it sounds like you have a very FULL plate to balance. Hang in there Chickie
