So far, so good. It feels really good to see nothing but yeses so far, and I want to keep that up.
How'd this week go for you? EXERCISE: At least 5 sessions per week of cardio that also challenges my muscles. NUTRITION: At least 5 full days of enjoying 6 small, balanced meals throughout the day. WEIGHT: From a starting point of 160, lose an average of 1 lb per week. I joined this thread at the very beginning, and it was about that same time that I dropped off the face of 3FC for what would be too long of a time. ;) But I'm back! Ready to work the weight off, though with a different goal in mind.
I AM going to weigh 142lbs by Valentines day. I will officially no longer be overweight. Please help me stick to this goal! Joining late, but I hope to be at my goal of 135 by V-Day. Starting at 169.8 today. That's 34.8 pounds to go in 3 months! It's going to be nose to the grindstone for me!

Hi everyone! I'm a little behind on this but would love to join! I'm getting married in May and plan on taking my dress in for alterations around Valentine's Day so I'd love to be a good deal smaller by then.
Right now I'm at about 187, about 5 lbs. down from my highest.
