Hi Everyone! This is a great challenge. I just joined and foundout that I was too late for the Christmas and Years End Challenges. I am going to lose 2 pounds per week. That's pretty agressive for me, since I lose extremely slowly. I am coming upon my 55th birthday on Feb 21st! I would love to look Va-Va Voomish for my 55th!

With the stress of finals out of the way I think my body decided to jolt back into losing again! Hoping to maintain into next week since I know Xmas will be a challenge! Have a happy holiday!

EXERCISE: At least 5 sessions per week of cardio that also challenges my muscles.
NUTRITION: At least 5 full days of enjoying 6 small, balanced meals throughout the day.
WEIGHT: From a starting point of 160, lose an average of 1 lb per week. BMI is in parentheses.
