Oo this sounds perfect!
I'm going to assess this month's goals first and estimate next month's, then reevaluate at the end for adjustments. Goal is to fit into this dress I have hanging in my closet that is a medium in juniors, last time I could fit into it, it was between 140-145. So for the remainder of the month, my goals include: - Fixing my horrendous sleep schedule - Start going back to the gym, go at least 10 times. - Do my Callanetics DVD once a week. (I did the entirety of it this weekend, yay) - Biggest thing is.. controlling myself during Thanksgiving break. Enjoying it during thanksgiving, but not giving into binges or mindless eating the days following. :carrot: So ready for this! |

Hi guys! I just discovered this thread and I'm in! :-)
I've been losing weight slooooooooowly since I started in August and even when eating and exercising perfectly don't lose much, but I plan to stick with it and average at least 0.5 pound loss on the scale per week. I have no idea what I'm going to weigh once you factor muscle into it, so my goal is more to lose inches by Valentine's, and weigh somewhere around 149-153. 11/10/09~160.9 11/17/09~159.5 is what I'm shooting for 11/24/09~ 12/01/09~ 12/08/09~ 12/15/09~ 12/22/09~ 12/29/09~ 01/05/10~ 01/12/10~ 01/19/10~ 01/26/10~ 02/02/10~ 02/09/10~ 02/14/10~ |
