Hi ladies,

I was following this challenge before but then i became careless and stopped visiting this site or going to the gym. So this is me here again coming back trying to get back on track. My initial goal was to be in 140s by valentines day. ALthough that would be a dream come true -- but since i haven't been on track for a while now -- i am requesting to reset my goals.

So I started off at 178
I am currently at 162.4
and I hope to be 155lbs or less by Valentine's day

I really need to meet this goal because I have a special trip planned to go visit some friends and BEACH VISIT is on the agenda too. Lolz.

I want to be 225 lbs by Valentine's Day. I am now at 235.5 so 10.5 lbs to go! Boy this weight is coming off slow after the birth of my son. While I was pregnant I was thinking that taking off the weight after delivery will be a piece of cake...I don't know what I was thinking! Like, hello it's not like Iwas never on a diet before...Anyhooo....keep going everyone. Good job!

I made my Valentine's Day Goal! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! :) I'm not going to let this be an excuse to just kinda hang around this weight for the next 3 weeks though, but it feels great to meet this goal!

I only have 1 lb to go before I reach my goal that I set for myself when I joined this thread end of October. Back then, I had no idea I could do this. I did the calculations of approx losing 2 lbs per week and technically I could be 150 by Valentine's Day.
I thought it was a reach back then but it's AMAZING that Valentine's Day is only a few weeks away. Looking back now, I don't understand why I waited THIS long. I CAN do this and SO can you! Days add up, meals add up, exercising adds up.... it's a cummulative journey so don't throw in the towel!

Wasn't expecting such a big loss after last week, but I'm happy with it! Maybe I can get down to the 150s by the end of this challenge! :)

I was solidly on plan this week, so it's strange to see no change at all. The only thing I can attribute it to is this week's kickboxing sessions. They definitely challenged my lower body and added nice tone to my legs.
