I want to join! I have finally accepted that I do not seem to be capable of averaging much more than a pound a week. Sigh. Therefore, I hope to make it to 185 by Valentine's Day!

Krista - Hang in there! Happy november to you too! I just updated my thread on page 5 the scale read 177.5 lbs today meaning down from 5lbs since last monday weigh-in~ must be the bloat leaving my body after end of TOM =) we shall see next week! |
I need help!!!!!
My weight has not changed because I've been making up for my healthy meals with...beer! I love October beers! I'm not an everyday drinker, but on the weekends I've been overindulging in savory meals and beer. Anyway, I'm going to the gym tonight to give myself a confidence boost. I've also noticed I didn't lose because I haven't been checking in on this site for support. :nono: Time to get back on track. And great job to everyone so far, you are inspiring!! |

I don't know what's going on with my body, on any given day I can be 3+ pounds off of the previous day - I've been a 'daily' weigher for a long time now and have never had this happen. I'm also kicking the Diet Pepsi habit(and anything with artificial sweeteners), so my crutch is gone, 5 days without! Hopefully everything works itself out, got rid of all the halloween candy yesterday, no more pass by and take a piece.

Hey ya'll! I would like to join this challenge. My boyfriend would be so pleased! Well, V Day is now a little less than 15 weeks away. And healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week. So I will aim for 1.5 a week which comes to...22.5 pounds lost. Sounds good. That will put me at around 160. That's just about my halfway mark!
