EXERCISE: At least 5 sessions per week of cardio that also challenges my muscles.

Kinda nervous here! 02/04 - 147!!! Eating just a little extra for breakfast, after workout!!! 02/11 - 02/18 - BIRTHDAY |

Well I almost made my goal, but I'm happy with it. I was sick the entire month of Jan. and had some set backs due to water weight and meds. but it's ok. I finally have less than 100 lbs. to lose, I'm SOOOOOOO proud of myself!!!!!!

Hi it feels like it will be next valentines day before I get to my targets. Tried most diets out there. Has anyone any genuine diet programme recomendations I could re start with?
