I just got back from a surprise 4-day trip out of town with my boyfriend, and I'm all smiles. We walked around 5 miles each day at a slow pace for sightseeing, and my diet in the past 4 days has been slightly unhealthy food and beverages in moderation. I totally deserved the pound I put on this week. Now I'm excited to see how fit I can get before the real Valentine's Day. |
