Hello ladies!! I just got back from Alaska and I hope it's not too late to join this month's exercise challenge. I've definitely got a lot of work to do to get back on track and lose my vacation weight (and then some, I hope!).
Today I'm beginning to train for a 10k, so my goals for July are to run 3+ times a week, in line with my training schedule, and to weight lift 2+ times a week. I've missed you guys! Hope July is treating everyone well : ) |
