Not feeling motivated at all lately! I'm blaming it on PMS. ;) If anyone has any spare :rollpin: to dole out--send 'em my way! I could definitely use a good verbal lashing! I'm getting my workouts in, but man I'm having to drag myself outta bed to do it. Feel free to kick me a few times too :kickbutt:, it certainly won't hurt my feelings! ;)

Crazymamaof4!!!!!!!!! I am right there with you girl! OOOOOOHHHHH I am in a foul mood, grumpy, tired, unmotivated and down right feeling mean. I have sent my husband and dog away for their safety:devil:!!! The cat has already run and hid! So Kicking your butt is my only option!!!!LOL:rollpin::rollpin::rollpin::coach::fr ypan::kickbutt::sumo::sumo:
I will commit to my workout just for today if you will.....Feel free to send me back some woop arse too! We can make it through together, and Lord help the rest of the world! LOL, now go workout or something, and don't forget your water!!!!!!!!:carrot:

Come on girl, you can do this!

Delphi 07-03-2009 12:44 PM

Alright ladies:coach: we can't have this, I feel like crap and I don't want to exercise stuff. I'm right there with ya'll. No energy and if it weren't for my kids, keeping me, Christian, then by george all **** would be breaking loose. So if I gotta get my big butt up and exercise, you ladies can to. So lets put those smiles on, if not momentarily, and get those minutes in or I'll have to go all ninja on someone.

Oh and gekster, that's what I do. I'll do my first workout and come in and post what I did and all the pending stuff for the day and when I do it, I come back and just take out the pending and I noticed Tummy was doing that as well last month. It's a good motivator...it's already out there in writing, so pretty much have to do it or Sandye comes shouting with her bullhorn..

FullSteamAhead 07-03-2009 12:54 PM
