Hello Everyone,

As of yesterday I have completed 17 out of the 20 day Bikram Yoga Challenge I am doing for July. I was starting to loose motivation around 12-13 until yesterday when my teacher said to our class "you can suffer for 90 minutes, or you can suffer for 90 years." And after that I attempted every single posture for the rest of the class. That quote really motivated me because I was like, " Oh NO, I will NOT be at THAT person suffering for 90 years." Maybe it will give you all some motivation too!

7/5: 60 min volleyball, 15 min step machine, 30 min walk/run intervals (C25K W2D2), 10 min bike

Total Week 1: 540 Minutes VERY active vacation week!!
