Yeah, Labor Day is a ways off, but really nothing going on in August unelss someone can find some obscure "holiday?" (Apparently the first Sunday in August is Friendship Day? friendshipday.org)

Jiggle, you look great! Congrats on all your hard work...it's showing!!

Well, I better quit procrastinating on the computer and get packing for our camping trip. Catch you guys later!

Well, I will be offline until Sunday as we will be camping in the middle of nowhere. Not sure if we will even get cell signal...so hope you ladies have a great week and weekend!
Thanks Northern! Wow camping for 4 days, I've only done overnighters with my boys (cub scouts) and that was enough for me.
You go girl

Jiggle, you look great!

Best of luck to us all with the challenge

Jiggle you are looking FAB!!

International Friendship Day is August 1st.
Since the challenge would be 2 months, instead of 1. Unless no one cares, then 2 is good!

I gained more water weight as I new i would, 5 lbs all together. The last time I over ate was Monday, why do I have to keep gaining two days later. It's so stupid. Processed foods really do a number on me, why do I give in to them every week or two? This is my second day on plan, it's going well, I had 1080 cal. and i could have a snack later, some fruit. I'm running to the bathroom every two hours, hopefully I'll lose 2 lbs. of water by tomorrow. Have a great day everyone!!

Morning ladies!

I've been bad about checking in-I feel like it's something I need to do to stay on track though, so I'd better get more regular!

Lori- Sorry to hear about your sister in law!! I hope she's found safe and sound. Best of luck.

Fruitlady- I know what you mean about the water weight- I've been holding on to it since Sunday! But I think it's starting to come off slowly.

Northern- So jealous of your camping! Hopefully I'll get to go for a little bit when I take my vacation. Congrats on the loss!

Misspriss- Congrats on the loss!

KDM- Bike riding is great exercise! Remember, anything is good!

Jiggle- You look wonderful! Congrats on doing so well lately!

Love- Congrats!!

I've been doing well on plan as of yesterday. Monday was horrible- I had to stay at work until 1 am and decided I had to have a cupcake when I got home. Tuesday, I had ANOTHER cupcake (Chocolate peanut butter cup...wow, it was amazing!) but I attribute that to PMS. Other than that, I adjusted my cals Tuesday and didn't go over. However, I didn't exercise Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday began TOM (ugh) but I made myself exercise and do outdoor work for most of the day. I was carrying around water weight from Sunday anyway and now that just makes it that much harder to get it off! But, I weighed in the same as last Friday, so that makes me feel better about getting the water weight off. I just finished my workout and now have to go get my supplements and some water down me. I'm feeling very positive today- yesterday I had nothing but bad cravings but I had one of my best on plan days yet. GO willpower!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Well, I'm dragging my butt today, BIG TIME. I went nuts yesterday on my supper.I just snapped, seriously! I said 'the **** with it"!
I cooked a healthy supper but an inner (evil) voice told me that we didn't want that, we wanted something else. im sure my calories were way over my limit and i wouldn't dare get on the scale this morning. Ive got three days to get back to my .2 loss(the weight i was yesterday) so i can say this week wasn't a wasted week. Im trying not to be mad at myself...really trying....

ANYWAYS...today is a cardio + yoga. I also plan on mowing either the front or back yard today (or both)

Jiggle-You must have been posting while i was posting yesterday because I don't remember you FABULOUS update picture...WTG girl!!! You look great!

Lori- Scary about you DH sister missing...i hope everything is ok, so sorry to hear about it. How old is she?...sending out prayers and hugs!

Corrine-Im feeling positive today too...i will continue that 'Go Will Power' cheerl!!!

Fruitlady-Hope you feel better today!

Hello to everyone! I plan on kicking some calories in the butt today...later gators!

Will Power, Will Power We Got It!!! We Know It our bodies are gonna show itGOOOOOOOOO Calorie Counters!!!!

Misspriss and Corinne - I'm joining the cheerleader squad!!
Lori - I'm praying that you all hear something if you haven't already.
Shylah - The TSP's are going out on Saturdaaay!!!! I'm so excited. You are going to have so much fun trying them on til you can get in them. At least I did. Don't worry about where you are when you get them just keep going until you get in them. That's what I did.

I've been on plan today and am under where I would normally be calorie wise by this time of day. I got up and did 30DS Level 3...boy am I sore. I haven't done it in a few weeks and my body is letting me know. But I realize that I miss it. I have drank almost all my water for today as well. So I suspect I will be close if not over 3 liters today.

We are down to the wire so let's keep these bodies in motion and our eating clean!!!

I am awful at keeping up with this thread! Once I get back from vacation, though, I'm getting back on track with a vengeance because I can NOT be this weight any longer. I already have my plan in place but I know I won't (can't and won't!) do it while I'm on a cruise ship, so I'll enjoy my cruise with sensible eating and sensible activity, then when I get home, I'm hitting it hard.

I like the idea of a Labor Day challenge - that gets us through the dog days of summer and makes a good transition to fall (even though here, it's not fall weather til around November!). I also like the idea of a longer challenge where I may actually be able to get into a groove and really see some results.

I'm finally losing the water weight, almost 3 lbs. in one day, but it took two days of being very careful about what I ate. I was running to the bathroom like crazy yesterday. There's more to lose though, I can feel it, I'm still constantly going to the bathroom today again. I have about 2.5 lbs to get back to where I was before overeating on Sunday and Monday. I tried some yoplait light yogurts today, one was cinnamon roll, red velvet cake and boston creme pie. They were ok, I think I was looking forward to something a little better because the names of them sounded so good. I ate all three because i was curious to know what they all tasted like. I will buy them again only when I think I want a treat or for something different. So, I had 1350 cal. because of the yogurts. I hope it won't slow down my water weight loss.

Lori I pray your sister in law comes home soon with some funny story to tell.

Corinne, thanks!

Jiggle, I found a dress, in Ross, that I would love to wear someday. The largest size I could find was a 10. It looked so small, I think it was a little scary. I'll try another store and look for a 12.

This challenge is really helping to keep me accountable, I think I'll have to do some type of challenge for August. I didn't think I could do this one and I am almost there. Guess I'm finally growing up, I love the challenge My DH and oldest daughter didn't think I would stick with it this long. Wrong ... Yay Me!

Gotta do the cheer ~~ Go Will Power Go, Will Power We Got It!!! yeah, yeah We Got It GOOOOOOOOO Calorie Counters!!!!

Thanks Ladies for being here, you are so inspiring!

Just finished shredding level 3 and I feel GR8!!!! My body is screaming and sweating, now I know why I love this dvd. Gotta get my vittles ready for today before I get the baby up. SOOOO glad it's Friday
It's Date Night for me and hubby so I gotta find something flattering to wear. My closet is almost empty because when clothes get too big I get rid of them. I haven't bought a lot of things because I'm not at goal yet.
Love - Ross is almost as good as shopping at Goodwill (price wise). Did you try the 10 on? The size 14 I tried on the other day looks tiny to me but I got in them...I got some more work to do so they look like they belong to me and not my daughter. So try it on...you may be surprised!!! The things I buy now are a little snug but not nasty looking, so that they will carry me a couple of sizes.
Fruitlady - The yogurt will help, my husband likes the pineapple upside down and red velvet cakes. I like the key lime pie and strawberry shortcake.

Everybody get out your pom poms!!!!
Will Power Will PowerWE GOT ITWE GOT IT
GOOOOOOOOOOOCALORI E COUNTERS!!!!
Have a great on plan day!!

Have you ladies tried the Dannon Light and Fit? I love Yoplait, but the light is 110 calories over 80 on the Dannon. They have yummy flavors too! My fave are the Orange Bliss and Strawberry Cheesecake. Give 'em a try

Jiggle - I haven't done my 30DS in a week. I miss it so much! Can't wait to get back to it next week. I have been trying to do a cardio surge to change things up a bit.
