For the people that is frequently traveling. How do you manage to stay on plan during and after your trips? I’m wondering because for me is being a little hard to readjust to my former routine after coming from Argentine and next week I will be going to Costa Rica. Do you have any tips to share?

Aluxa--My only tip I could share would be to TRY to choose sensibly. It's very hard to calculate actual calories, especially when you eat out or are not cooking items yourself. I look at it this way, we've learned what is and what isn't low in cals, so look over a menu and choose wisely. Then, if you must snack, take things or find things that you normally eat and already know the calorie count (I like to choose fruit or fiber bars). Hope that helps somewhat!!
CorrineIrene! Way to go on reaching your goal already, that's awesome!!
Farn: Are you back from your Chicago trip?? Miss you!
Lori: You are such the bargain queen! I never have the luck you do in shopping! And 16's in kids!!
Hopefully my last cruise pound will fall off tonight while I sleep and I'll be back to 186 in the morning! I know they weren't real pounds though, just water. maybe 1/2 to 1 pound was real, but I've been really op calorie wise all week. It's been a little hard getting back on track. I've been kind of hungry this week. Today being the third day back OP was hard. The third day is always hard for me.
Ok off to sleepy town. Still not feeling 100%, think I've got a touch of the kids bug, ick!
I gained a half a pound, I think I'm eating too many calories now. I can't seem to figure out the right amount I need to maintain. Today was 1620cal. because I did some healthy baking and of course I always have to taste everything to see if it tastes good. I dread tomorrow, I hope I don't go overboard, I bakes cookies, blueberry bread and a 100% whole wheat chocolate blueberry cake. All is low calorie and very low fat, but it still can do damage if you eat too much of it. Good luck to all!
Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm a little tired and my body is a little sore because the last two days of working out has been running a mile. I have enjoyed it. I'm usually very excited when I finish running. I never thought I'd see the day I would be running let alone running a mile I plan to go running today after work. I'm getting in that big push for the end of the challenge. Gotta get to that 14 by my birthday. I'm still trying on the "smaller" 14s that I tried on and they are getting closer. I find I loose more off my hips and booty area when I run a mile or do a walk run 2 mile interval. Lori - Glad you are going to keep the challenges going. I was showing your facebook page to my husband and he was wowed!! You have done a fabulous job. You are doing a fabulous job. Hope to get to my size 10 before Christmas. Fruitlady - I think getting your calories to a maintaining portion is probably the hard part. But keep trying you'll get it. Susie - Hope you feel better soon. That pound will be gone...no problem!! My waist may be small but I have to shop for my hips and booty. Which is why it takes me longer to get in petite and short sizes even though I'm short. I could wear a regular 16 well but an 16 short/petite required more work. You are so right about getting in those TSPs. Because I started looking at my legs when I got in them and they were looking so small. I got excited and even more motivated. It's amazing to look back and see the progress. I don't have any pictures of me smaller than I am now. I'm smaller than I've been since Jr. High. My goal size is going boldly where I've never been. Shylah - I hope they arrive today. It will be fun to wear them for the fourth. I'm thinking they'll fit. KDM - What it do? How are things going with your workouts. I know you were alternating all the levels of 30DS. I do level 3 on the days I don't run. I realized how much I missed it when I didn't do it for those few weeks. It gives me a high. Aluxa - I agree with KDM, about choosing the best you can. It's a work in progress. I would also suggest that you eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies.
Two more days and we are going to be celebrating!!! I have what I like the call the "small" 14s out to see how close I am on Sunday. I won't be disappointed if they are still too tight to wear out in public because I know I'm making progress!!

Just a quick check in to let you guys know im still around. I've finished my workout for the day. Did a cardio +yoga. I've got my pizza in the oven and can smell it..smells so good. I love my pizza.lol
Congrats to everyone and have a good weekend! I will see you guys on the next challenge
Still at 187.1 this morning. There's no way I'm making 183 by Sunday so now I'm hoping for 185.something even a .9 will be ok at this point!
Weird thing, I am feeling smaller. I can't wait till the 4th (my measurement and goal clothes try on day) to see if it's real or an illusion. Last weekend and earlier in the week I was feeling squishy which usually happens right before I get smaller. Does anyone else do that??!
Still all sick around here, I'm tired of it. Now hubby is starting to feel bad. The baby is in the lead on getting better which makes it extra hard when Mama feels bad.
Two more days until this challenge is over, it's flown past, hasn't it!?

Susie-I've been meaning to comment on your Lovely Avatar!! Glad to hear you had a blast on the cruise too! I know what you mean on feeling 'squishy' right before weight loss/inches loss. I will get kinda jiggly..LOL.
Jenn-Hope to see you in the next challenge
ok, just popping in, now im waiting on my fries to bake...lol, i promise i don't eat all day long
I weighed 105.9 this morning, 1 ounce less than yesterday. In my mind I stayed the same, 1 ounce doesn't make any difference. Today I had 1580 cal., lower than yesterday, but not by much. So far, so good, with trying to maintain. I gradually upped my calories every day for two weeks, sometimes just zig-zagging up and down each day, it's working. I went from having 950-1050 a day to lose weight, and now I'm up to somewhere in the 1600's. I'm still hovering between 105-106lbs now for 3 days. Some days were alot higher than 1600 and I still maintained. I'm a bit nervous about this, it seems too good to be true. I'm scared one day I'll wake up to a 5 lb. gain all of a sudden! Is it going to sneak up on me sometime in the near future?? I feel so guilty about eating more sometimes, that I just want to go back to my old calorie limit, which I was very satisfied with, but I know was too low to live with forever. Good luck to all! I'm dreading to step on the scale tomorrow morning!!!
