Lost another half a pound, this is taking forever. My calories have been too high for me to lose faster, except for today. Had 1075 cal because I didn't get out for my walk/jog today. The weather is cold and rainy, so I wasn't as hungry. I need to give my knees a rest anyway, they get so stiff and tight. That's what happens as you get older I guess!

Susie---YAY! for 20%! That's awesome! Keep up the good work!!! It's weird thinking about goal weights...mine was 170 for so long, but after I joined 3FC, I realized it wasnt going to be where I wanted to be! Then, I changed it to where I'll have a "healthy" BMI...what size are you now? you'll be in 8's before you know it!!!

Shan--100POUNDS!!! FREAKING AWESOME GIRL!! You're such an inspiration!

Ashley--Are you enjoying 30DS?? Did you take "before" measurements?? I really like L1, but I'm not liking L2 so much! haha Did D8 today & it's just not getting any easier!!! Oh well, 2 more days, then I'm moving on! haha WAY TO GO on 55lbs lost AND -10 on your BMI! You're doing sooo good!! Doesn't it feel good to be so light!?!?!?

Jiggle--Yes, I was excited about my mom joining me! And as I told Ashley, L2 is NOT getting any easier!!! Not if I mentioned it yesterday when I caught up w/everyone, but your new avatar is H-O-T-T! Lookin good! Wish I could see the difference in my legs when I look in the mirror...I only know they're getting smaller bc I'm wearing smaller pants, but when I look at them, they still look HUGE! You're gonna be a 14 WAAAAY before August! KEEP IT UP!!

Northern--Good Luck w/WI this week!! I hate it when the scale gets stuck!! You're so close to -50...Good job w/the -45 since January! That's AWESOME!!

As for me, I got back OP yesterday almost perfectly...according to my LoseIt app on the iTouch, to lose 2lb/week, my daily calorie budget is 1227...I'm usually closer to 14-1500(app says 1727 for 1lb/wk), but I've decided to listen to the app for a while! haha For a couple weeks, I'm going to try & stay as close as possible to 1227...yesterday I came in at 1249...and today, I cooked dinner (whole grain spaghetti & baked chicken) before coming to work, so i've already added in the cals, and I have 75 remaining for an after-dinner snack...just enough for my 1cup of strawberries I sliced & brought to work According to LoseIt, if I follow 1227, I could be at goal (150) by 8/9/2010..which would be FREAKIN AWESOME considering my 10yr HS reunion is that following weekend and I'm already lighter than when I graduated!!! But, I've never been extremely strict w/my calories...always giving in to temptation, so I doubt I make it by 8/9... but I'd be happy w/reaching 150 by Halloween, which gives me almost 25 wks to lose 20-21lbs...this seems like the more reasonable goal date with my WL history...and considering I have alot of traveling to do (1wk conference beginning of June, 1wk beach vaca end of June, 4day weekend in July at home for DMB concert, 3day weekend in Aug. at home for 10yr reunion, and 3day weekend in Sept. at home for a wedding) I will more than likely eat OFF plan these days...so, I'm going to set 10/31/2010 for my goal date to reach 150lbs! It's official now that I've said it! haha

OK I'm SORRY...enough rambling! Hope everyone had a good day!!!

Lori- Your flowers are beautiful! I love daisies!!! Glad to hear you are doing ok, but I'm still keeping you in my prayers.

Shan- 100lbs, OMG that is amazing. You are a total inspiration to everyone.

Jiggles- looking like a sexy senorita in your pic!

All others- sounds like everyone is kicking this challange! WAY TO GO!!!! Keep it up! We will totally reach our goals.

As for me... sorry I've been MIA, had an AWESOME weekend with my best friend for her bday. I actually ate really well the whole time, so only the drinks weren't too good and I tried to pick ones not full of sugar and mixers so I don't think it was a total loss. And I even managed to play a little tennis while there. Weighed in monday morning to see the damage, +1.5 and was hoping/wishin/prayin, that it was mostly water weight. So I weighed in this morning just for a peak (i weigh in throughout the week but only count it on sat) and it said 199.5. I got on and off like 5 times!!! lol... I won't count it until I keep it till sat but I can't believe it!! Totally motivated to have an awesome week.

I have been doing the No more trouble zones dvd the last couple days, but was short time so threw in the 30DS. I really like these dvds! They are very similar except NMTZ is twice as long and doesn't have the cardio. But they are tough and i am definitely feeling it! Can't wait to see results! Anyhoo I'm rambling! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE THE REST OF THE WEEK!!!!

Shan~ congrats, -100lbs. is a major acomplishment!
Lori~ your flowers are beautiful. I am growing several different kinds in pots, but I am still trying to figure out what grows best here (Japan) (and also where in the yard, it's small, but there is everthing from full shade to full sun).
I know I have missed some folks, sorry :~(
I am on plan. I jumped rope yesterday...I'm not very good at it, but it gets the heart rate up.
I've got to run, I've got to tidy the house (then myself) and the run some errands.

Just finished my morning workout. It always translates into a great day. I will be going to the gym for lunch today as well. I was thinking about doing a late evening workout to see how that goes so that I can make sure I continue to workout through June and July while we are on summer flex schedule. I realized yesterday, I need that extra day off. One of those all about me days.
Lori - Like I said earlier, not a really into flowers but those are beautiful. The more you post the more I think about putting a couple in the front yard. Then I think about the upkeep and stop thinking about them.
Mkyice - We missed you too but it was for a great cause...hubby!!!
Beach - Is no more troubled zones mostly toning? Seems like I saw that one on demand back in Jan. but it seemed too long for me at the time. I think I may be ready for it after my 30 days of 30DS. My off day and weekends can be my cardio days. I'm looking forward to trying some more intense toning. Congrats on making it to Onederland...it'll stick until your official weigh in!! Go ahead and celebrate!!! I'll get it started.
KDM - When you get to level 3 let me know how it is. You are doing it girlie!! I thought it was me when I was getting beat up at level 2. I made it 10 days but never looked at level 3. I didn't want to get discouraged and quit. So I went back to level 1. I was using my iTouch but I stopped. I pretty much eat the same thing everyday with the exception of dinner. I think today is a good day to go back to using it since you reminded me and it's a great tool. Keep working out and you will be able to enjoy your high school reunion and not be wondering if everyone else will be noticing how much you gained. You can relish in them asking you how you managed to keep in such good shape "all these years".

Well enough chatty matty, I gotta go get the hubby up so he can get to work on time.

I'll join in! I know it's a little late...but I think I'll put a modest goal of 3 pounds down by the 31st.

You all are very inspiring!

Corinne -We are having fun. The good thing is you can make those three pounds if you do a pound and a half this week and next week. Boom there you have it.

Since my workout this morning I am PUMPED!! The more I look at that avatar the more motivated I get about getting to my goal.

Susie - how long did it take to get from the Old Navy 16 to where you are now???

How is everybody doing today? I'm doing great!! I did 30DS L1D4 last night as it got a lot better!!! I was still struggling but as exhausted at the end. That gets me pumped. I'm planning on doing 40 min cardio and walking the dog before work today and then Day 5 tonight. I really want to make my goal. No more weight loss today but I have to remember that you don't lose everyday and your weight naturally fluctuates.

susie: I'm going to be right there with ya for those 30 days!! We all can do it!!! I'm noticing that I'm less and less sore as the days progress. thank god! Congrats on the 20% gone to that is AMAZING!!!!!!!! whoot whoot!!!!!!! Cheering for ya!!!! i think you should re-evaluate too once you get to your original goal weight. See what you look like then, if you like it stay, just maintain and such. If not, go for that extra 10%!!!!

KDM: that is awesome that your mom joined you for 30DS!!! haha I would have my mom try it to but she would kick my butt!!! She's been working out and exercising, eating right, etc for years. I'm a little embarrassed that my 53 year old mother is in better shape than i am!! What reactions did your family have to your weight loss?! good ones I hope!!! I am absolutely loving 30DS!!! It was really rough and I thought I couldn't do it and didn't want to do it again, but after I finished I was thrilled that I got such a good workout in 20 min!! I took before measurements, I'm just not sure when to check them again. Are you checking at the end of the 30 days or after each level completed? oh and btw, your goal for Halloween sounds like a perfect one, giving yourself enough time to make goal and have a life in between too!! I sometimes set unrealistic goals for myself and it's a major bummer when you don't hit them. you can definitely do it though!!!!!

jiggle: good to hear that the baby's healthy!! I'm pretty sure I'm completely jealous of you too, I wish I could notice a difference in my legs!!!!! I can only tell a difference in my face! ugh! But you're kicking major butt and I'm just trying to follow your lead! Buffalo meat is amazing!! My friend and I used to go to this restaurant all the time and get buffalo burgers, I couldn't tell the difference between that and I hamburger. it's yummy!

northern: good luck on getting past 229!!! you can do it!!!!

Lori: hope you are feeling well and all those doctor appointments come back with good news!! Thinking about you deary!!! And your flowers are gorgeous too!

beachlover: congrats on doing well on your friend's bday! haha it sounds like you did WAY better than I did!! shots!shots!shots!shots!shots!everybody! haha and then like a 5 pound gain the next day! hahaha oh and congrats on hitting that 199.5!!!! whoo!!! that is awesome!!

Corinne: welcome!!! you're going to love it here!!!

Well I'm pretty sure I wrote a novel, but since I didn't write yesterday I was kind of making up for the last two days. I'm off to go eat breakfast and workout before work at 1. Have a good OP day everyone!!!!

Well I was 175.2 today. I went off plan a few times for dinner this past week, so I guess I'm not surprised that it wasn't lower.

Bleh!
I can't say I've been doing poorly, but I have not moved from this weight in weeks. I find that I begin to go into auto pilot mode and forget to pay attention. Things have gotten really busy and we've been out to eat every night either at someone's home or to restaurants for the last week. Tonight I am back to making dinner and I am really excited about that. So much more in control!

I do have to say that one night, at a restaurant, I cut my burger in half and took the other half home for the hubby to eat the next day. Seriously,,,I have never done that! I think my hubby and the others were like I felt really good. Actually, I was feeling pretty full after that half and was paying attention solely to my belly...which was saying, "OK, done!"

So, this morning I weighed in at 211.5 and my hopeful goal was to hit 205 by Memorial Day. That's what? 11 days away. I was at 209 before my . so, now I am feeling a bit optimistic. I can do it! A little exercise might help

Thank you for the welcomes!

Jiggle- That's what I'm planning to do. I've been loosing about 2 pounds a week- so I thought I'd set my goal low so that if I do more, then I'll be very pleased!

I'll have to set up a bigger challenge for myself next time around! You ladies are really going for it- congrats everyone!

I want to join in this thread too. I'm also going to say a modest 3 pounds lost by the 31st since it is so near.

Welcome to all the new peoples!! How exciting it is to get more faces around here.

Where is JDonato? I hope she's just enjoying being a graduate and all is well.

I can't wait for the next challenge. I'm doing so well at getting exercise at least 3x a week. I am totally going to push myself during the next one.

It's a beautiful day here in Michigan. Makes me just want to get outside and enjoy!
