I know we have all done it. Cobbled together a tasty meal with what we had "on hand" to save a trip to the store.


What are your favorite successful meal you have come up with?

Salmon salad lettuce wraps. Canned salmon, a bunch of dried herbs and spices, a tiny bit of mayo and a head of lettuce that was very close to expiration.
