Never gonna make my goal in time. This weight does not want to come off, what happened? I used to lose it real quick. I had 1070 cal today, we'll see how it goes when I step on the scale in the morning.

Lori--I think you look FANTASTIC!! A size 4!?!? WOWSERS! that's awesome! As others have said, if you feel you need to go below 150, then try it out...keep doin what you'r doin and see where it takes ya! We'll be here for whatever you decide!!! But I think you look GREAT where you are!!

Jiggle--TOLD YA!! haha L3 is not half as bad as L2!!! I did L3D2 today after I finished the yard trimming DH didn't have time to do yesterday...my arms are gonna be jello tomorrow! The only thing about L3 I don't like are the Rockstars (jumping straight up with feet slightly wider than shoulders and bringing the heal toward the butt)...I shake my whole house! haha So I usually just do another cardio move from another level (jacks, jump rope, or even butt kicks) I can't wait to measure when I'm done!!!!!!!!

Northern--YAY! for those 18's!! That muffin top will be gone before you know it!!

JDONATO---SO HOW WAS THE PARTY!?!?! was there a proposal??? CONGRATS on reaching your goal AND graduating AND finishing the work on the house!!! Sorry to hear about your computer tho

As for me, I'm on plan today so far! Got dinner mapped out and already in the LoseIt! app...with 17cals to go after grapes for a snack...now if I can only stay away from the cravings tonight when I get home, I'll be OK.

Ok, so it's Monday morning here in Japan (and for shan in S.Korea too), which means it is weigh in day. TOM arrived las night and between that and the heat my hands ans feet (and some parts in between I'm sure) are swollen from retaining water. I was expecting bad news when I stepped on the scale, but I weighed 214. That's -2.4lbs since last week! This is the lowest weight I've been in 15-16yrs. I am soooo excited.

I hope everyone's week is off to a good start.

Northern - When I read the first post and you said a very loose 24, I was thinking it is not possible that she would be in a 24 no matter what her body shape is...a 20 or 18 she just hadn't tried on anything smaller. I was talking to myself out loud and my husband asked me what I was talking about. I told him and he said okay. That's his answer to everything. But YAY on trying on that smaller size. Let me know about those TSPs. You or Shylah. They are great motivators and they make my butt look cute!!!
KDM - That is so funny. I liked the Rockstars because I can tell they are working on my hips and butt which will help me get to that 14 sooner. I think my favorite move of all was the mountain climber. I felt good after the workout was over. I was hyper and had to go walking around downtown Atlanta and made the family come along. So I have burned off a ton of calories today and have eaten about 1100 calories.
Angels - Congrats on making goal early!!!

I've had a great day. After my workout I cooked breakfast and fed the family. Got everyone dressed, even my husband and we went into the city and walked around in the 90 degree weather for two hours. My baby is still has a runny stool so I have to take her to see the doc tomorrow. I hate it but she is running around like all is well. so gotta run it's going to be an early morning. She and I will be home tomorrow because the day care won't let her stay if she has a runny stool. Pray for us.

mkyice- What are you doing in Japan?

Your right, it is Monday morning here. Blah! Getting off to a rough start at work. I hit carb overload for breakfast and had a blueberry muffin instead of my special k cereal. Oh well, keeping everything in my counts so its ok.

Hope everyone else is doing well. My countdown is on now...only 37 days to the USA!! Woohoo!!!

Hi everyone ... I decided to hop on board with you ladies four days ago, and to my amazement, I've managed to stay on program for 4 days (1800 cals. or less.) Wasn't sure I still had it in me ...

Good luck to you all in the coming week! Some of you are so close to goal ... looking great, and how I envy you! Congratulations on your hard work and progress ...

mkyice, please tell your hubby thanks for what he does for us!

Good Monday morning ladies!

Congrats on the loss, MKyice! That's a great accomplishment- keep it up! How's Japan?

Baben- Yay for keeping on track!

Shan- At least carbs in the morning will give you the energy to buzz around! Mm, blueberry muffin sounds good right now! And really, not a bad choice- we all need a little variety, right?

Jiggle- Your daughter is in my thoughts. And congrats on the good day- I know I couldn't walk around that long in that hot weather. I start sweating like crazy when it's mid-70's!

KDM- Woo for being on plan!

Fruitlady- It'll come- you've done fantastic so far, just keep pushing!

Eek! Last night I went to Friendly's for work. I had a Buffalo Chicken wrap- which I didn't know until I got home that the portion I ate was 590 calories!!! AHH! If I had eaten the whole thing- which I never would, even before the weight loss journey- it would have been over 1100 calories! Almost an entire days meal. I only had about 5 fries. I topped it off with an 80 calorie fat free frozen yogurt- much to my co-workers dismay. She was trying to get me to have a lava cake sundae. NO WAY! And I wasn't even tempted- woohoo!

I only ended up going about 150 calories over- but it was break day from my exercise program. Hopefully I burned the calories off being a busy bee- but I'm not stepping on the scale until Wednesday or may wait until Friday.

I haven't exercised yet today- I already had my breakfast (100 cal vita-top) and I never eat before exercising, but I was so hungry. I'll have my coffee and AM snack after I work out. Okay, off the computer...time to burn it up!

Well we're home today with the baby. I spoke with the nurse and was told to feed her a bland diet with gatorade or water. She is playing so that's a good sign. If she isn't better by morning I have to take her to the dr for him to check her. I'm planning on a great on plan day. I've had a 120 calorie breakfast and waiting on her to take a nap so I can do my workout.

Hope everyone is having a great on plan day. I will be wearing my nurse mommy hat today.

hey everyone, quick note from me today. I had a really busy weekend, didn't do as well as planned, but i'm not going to focus on that. I didn't get all the exercise in that I needed, so I'm starting fresh today. I'm at work however and it's really busy, but I just wanted to check in and say hi!

jiggle: I drink about 90 to 100 ounces of water a day. Or try to at least!

jdon: good to hear from you chica!! glad to hear that everything is going well!!!

ok already too much time on here, I will be back later! have a good day!!
