Morning

Had an awful day yesterday, my kids fought all day long , and there were some other things that happend that were VERY frustrating . I almost had a binge last night...but i MADE myself stop after about 250calories worth of damage. I think stopping felt better than the tast of the food i already ate

Hopefully today will be better

I plan on getting in step aerobics workout(since they seem to burn alot of cals for me) and some abb work.

Phoenix32203, Im kinda new here myself! Everyone is so very nice and supportive! Good Luck

Hey to everyone..bbl

MissPriss78- So sorry to hear you had a rough day yesterday. Go look into the mirror, smile at yourself, and say, "Today is a new day. On the way to the new me". I'm so proud of you that even though you caved on the binge you were able to STOP and that is a huge accomplishment. Now just get right back on plan today. Nothing can slow you down but yourself and we all know you deserve better!!

Today WILL be better for you! Good luck! Your such an inspiration!!

Thank you for you kind words...im so touched by them! I too felt a huge accomplishment when I stopped myself from binging. It was the first time, in a VERY long time, i felt like i had control! What a great feeling.

Your one AWESOME lady...Congrats on your success so far...WTG!!!!!!!

misspriss - Kudos to you for stopping a binge in its tracks! It must feel great to know how far you've come to be able to step away and take control of a situation like that. And as always, awesome job on the exercise!

Just a quick stop in to say I lost 2lbs this week, bringing my total to 10.2 in 3 weeks. As for the Hallowe'en goal I set: 5.4 down, 8.6 to go!

Hi, I'm new here today. I follow a calorie-counting approach...so I'd love to join this challenge!!

My goal is to be down 15 lbs by Halloween...I realize this is a VERY aggressive goal, but you have to realize that this is day one of my diet, so a lot of this weight will come off quickly (as it always does for me in the first days of the diet!)

Second goal is to start walking at least 4x per week...and stick to it! This is the part I really always have trouble with. I work full time, have a nightmare commute, and have 2 little girls (6 and 4) so I have a really hard time finding the time to exercise.

If it's not to late...I'm in!!!

After dinner? As the year moves on and the weather gets colder, I usually change into my pj's when I walk in the door from work....at 2:30pm!!! haha Now that I go to the gym after work, the pj's won't be making an appearance until after 4pm! haha

And Lori, I'm the same way with bedtime. I am usually in bed asleep by like 9:30 the latest!! I can't even blame it on being 30 because I've been having these hours since I started working at the high school 9 years ago
