When were sick our bodys need an extra bost especially with this H1N1 Flu or any flu for that matter~So I think eating a little more for a few days to replentish yourself was a great idea....And 4 or 5 lbs Sometimes is just a flexible amount on the scale~You may see it one day then 2 or 3 later its gone~So I wouldn't sweat it......SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD YOUR BACK!!!!
Nate0201 ~You are doing great~If you don't reach your challenge weight number goal~It's ok~Alot of us don't ....But the thing is to try like heck too and stay motivated....You have kicked butt So far~So I am proud of you~And You will reach that 274 Soon enough~~

shan84 ~I have thought & thought & thought Of ideas when without a oven and I am still at a blank.....I will think of something though....I know something I love to eat ever so often and can cook without an oven.........A grilled cheese sandwich but with some ham in it also....So delicous....Eat it with some soup or Just as snack if you do not over do it.

What about my walk while you talk plan? Tell yourself I can not talk unless I walk!!!
Everytime your on the phone with someone Walk.....Just from room to room.
Walking is great exercise and burns alot of calories...especially if you walk briskly.......I think your doing super by the way ~
as for me......I took one day off from exercise Today....I have to skip a day ever so often because My shoulder Gets funky....Pulled or something.
I hate to skip a day But I would rather skip a day from time to time than to hurt it worse. I still have over 4 pounds to go~I didn't have enough money to get my teeth fixed so I Didn't get to get that goal done So maybe for next challenge or so.....Had some emergencies come up and my kids are far more important........ I am in a lower pants/jeans Size than expected....A size 9 Some 10's fit but most of them are to big. All 9's fit me good. So that makes me feel great. I am actually in a single digit number FIRST TIME EVER!!!
I was always the chunky ,heavy Girl/lady! My smallest size I can ever remember wearing in womens was a size 13/14 in the 6th grade.Then I went to 15 /16 and up to 18 in high school...Then 20/22 From then on.

NOW A 9!!!!!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!

Well....It's been a long day and this computer chair is making my shoulder hurt worse...so I am gonna get some zzzzzzzzzzz...GOODNIGHT EVERYONE~I HOPE Y'all had a super day!
