Morning

Congrats to those who have lost FABULOUS!!!!

Lori~ugh..ive got asthma too,it can be such a pain to deal with sometimes. Do you take a preventative medicine? Ive been taking advair for about 7yrs now and it seems to help with the tightness/wheezing, i rarely use my rescue inhaler anymore....

hey to everyone! I plan on doing a fullbody weight workout today. DH and the kids want to go out for supper. We were going to go to applebee's but they don't have nutrition facts listed so thats out. Now there talking Sonic....i can deal with that.

Have a wonderful day

Weighed in at 379 even today. For a loss of 3.4lbs this week!

10.6 more pounds to go to meet my Hallowe'en goal of 368.4lbs!

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LOSSES, EarthyWitch & shan84!!!
That is just super. Keep up the good work!

David, you could have come to my house for dinner! The pork chops were from Costco, and the size of New Jersey ... (It WAS all yummy!)

Lori, sorry to hear about your Asthma/panic attack. That must be beyond uncomfortable.

Have a good day, all!

I weighed in at 231 this morning, so I showed a half pound loss over this past week. I totally binged mid week and got back on track right away. I am glad I did that because I lost the binge weight and just a bit more. Nine pounds to go before Halloween. I will be stepping up my exercise as I don't feel so out of shape now.

Hey CC peeps!

Just thought I'd drop in and see how you're doing. Looks like you all are doing great and kicking butt on this challenge!

I'm still working out like a fool (and loving it, of course). This past week has been crazy busy with work, and all my clients have been mental! Like, everybody waited to call me till this week, and everything is an emergency. Well, I'll take the work while it's available, KWIM? But, sheesh, I've been running ragged all week and hardly seen my boy at all. Today is the last day of that, thankfully, and tomorrow will just be normal: gym, then home, homeschool with the boy...it will be a relief not to have to be anywhere after the week I've had.

Anyway, just wanted to pop in and say hi. Got a new low on the scale today, but only just: 161.6. Still struggling to get out of the 160s so I can call it maintenance. I can't wait. I'd so much like to be done with the weight loss part!

Chele - Congrats on your loss, you'll be in the 180's in no time!

Hydra - for getting back on track afterwards, that's what counts.

misspriss78 Asthma so sucks to have ~II started advair but had worse problems with it and my doc took me off it.
If I wear a dust mask in the cold weather I Normally am ok ~But when the weather is first changing I am a mess with it...Trying to get use to placing a dust mask on all the time...It's a bit embarrissing to wear but it works and its better than having daily asthma attacks.. I hope you ,your dh, & kids have a great time out.

Chele615WAY TO GO!!!

Hydra Good Progress ~when a binge happens it's great to be able to start right back where you was and forget it happened~THATS TRUE PROGRESS! So I am very proud of you.

EVERYONE ELSE I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A SUPER SUNDAY!!!

I am doing laundry today~No asthma attacks today ~so thats great.
My allergies our under control with my singulair and nasal spray.
I have walked my first 45 minutes today and rode my exercise bike 12 minutes straight ~so thats a new record. My calories are on track for the day....And The laundry itself give me a very unwanted workout LOL!

My 16 year old daughter decided to go back to dressing in her gothic clothes~SO I AM Thrilled~I getta go through all her cute clothes I got her for school and grab what I like!!! ( She's a good kid so I do not mind her dressing goth! ~She's pretty either way ~I just perfer her in girly stuff But it's cool)

She must have saw a goth boy she is trying to impress LOL!

It's getting close to being October which means My dentists appointments are nearing so I am scared as heck~I am frightened as heck of dentist.
But one of my Halloween goals is to get my ugly teeth fixed and they got every appointment I need to accomplish that for October...So All I gotta do is show up~Cross your fingers for me!
LOL~I am such a chicken But I gotta get them done to help out with becoming the new improved me.

Will type again soon.
EVERYONE TAKE CARE

Jam ~ Thanks for stopping in!!! Glad to hear that things are going well, even if it is a bit crazy!!!

Lori ~ I am right with you on the fear of the dentist. My god, I hate the dentist so much. My actual dentist is really nice and kind of goofy, but a really nice guy who knows how much I freak out over the dentist. I just hate that my teeth suck and I have to see him so much LOL Although every time I go in, I get complimented on how white my teeth are.

bobsgal, aspaite, Chele and Hydra ... you're all doing fantastic!!! Chele, that is SO EXCITING to be on the brink of hitting the 180's. Good for you ...

I came through the weekend without gaining any, an accomplishment for me, so I'm going to buckle down this coming week to try to get the scale moving down again. Leaving on a trip on Wednesday so it won't be easy ...

Good luck this week, everybody!

I finally get to report a loss....Three pounds I may be able to pull off another 9 pounds by halloween after all. Didn't do all that well on exercise. I had babenwaiting's lead butt And it's so much harder to move a lead butt too I did get the whole house cleaned and most of the laundry ...other than all towels. That could be counted as a workout with all the mopping a sweeping You guys sure were chatting this weekend

Lori- Glad your asthma is better. I don't have it but have a niece that has asthma and bad allergies. She has a rough time when shes sick as well. My daughter tried to do the goth thing but then got tired of all the black. Teenagers??? One day they hate it the next they love it
I'm scared of dentists and doctors so I guess I'm a bigger chicken. Once you get started it will not be so bad

Babenwaiting- Great job hanging on during the weekend. They can be tough. My inlaws wanted to take us out to eat this weekend after finally getting the scale to move so I said no way. I wanted enjoy my loss! If it would have been somewhere I'd been and knew the calories in the dishes I would have went though

Earthywitch- Welcome to the group

aspaite- great loss in two weeks
