I thought that I was pretty good this weekend, but the scale was not cooperating. It jumped up like 3 pounds! However, I weighed myself this afternoon and was the same as I was yesterday morning, so hopefully it's starting back down in the right direction.

This is going to be a long week!! haha I definitely got spoiled having short work weeks the past two weeks. Having to go to work 5 days in a row? So overrated

NYAchick...You can do it!
I had a couple of bad days followed by a couple of good ones..so I'm back where I started for this challenge..but I'm hopeful I'll continue the good trend!

chele~hopefully your full work week goes well for ya~As far as the scale~Mine goes back and forth different times of the day (And month HAHA)
I have had as much as 5lbs differences throughout the day.
So I wouldn't worry since it went back to your original.
Glee is in one more day~SO DON'T FORGET to watch it the next morning!!!!

starzmom~We all have those moments~So don't sweat it~just do your best and you will have good results.
My niece is doing alot better~But has a long road ahead of her.
She is pretty well paralized on her right side and is having slurred speech so hopefully she will be able to walk again and talk ok~She is alive though on A better note~And that is sooooo Important for her child to have its momma.
Hopefully where she is young Her brain will heal more so~I aint sure how all that is but I Hope she has a full recovery.

Well ,I rode my exercise bike for 7 minutes straight yesterday!!!
I was so proud of myself ~LOL~I know thats kinda silly~but I was at just 3 minutes for awhile there.

When I was alot younger and more into exercising I use to ride an old exercise bike I had 30 miles a day...Not sure how many minutes.

This one I have does not have mileage~I think it's older than the one I use to have ~LOL! But It gives me a workout.

Well I got some errands to run today~will type again soon.

HOPE EVERYONES DAY GOES WELL

R.I.P. PATRICK SWAYZE!

Lori- sad news about your niece. She shouldn't have to deal with that so young. I hope she is able to recover as close to 100% as possible
Great job on the bike

Kudos to our losers!!! Good work, girls!

Lori, have the drs. suggested a reason that your niece had a stroke at so young an age? I presume that she is mentally clear, but her speech is slurred because of the paralysis? Bless her heart ... I feel so bad for her, but hope since she is so young, she might have a better recovery than some older person.

Lori, good job with your biking!!! Biking is so boring, so I really applaud anyone who sticks with it. That is my least favorite "machine" at the YMCA!

Have a good day, all!

I know I'm a little late, but I'd love to join the challenge. I'm setting a goal of losing 10lbs by Halloween.

Starting out good down a couple pounds already. I'm doing good with 6 days a week in the gym 4 of them being circuit days with weights and cardio 2 days strictly cardio. I have my calories at 1500 which seems low for a male, but I find it easy to meet and easy enough to feel full eating the right foods.

Welcome Misspriss & candlmama

misspriss78~sounds like your off to a great start~ SUPER JOB!!!

candlmama & EVERYONE ELSE ~I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT CHALLENGE!!!!!

MrsVegan00 SUPER JOB!!!

Hydra ~same goes for you SUPER JOB!!!

Losing4another~that scale will show your hard work very soon~Then we will celebrate together!!! And if it waits to long We will just have to show it whos boss (heheheeeee) Just wanted to make ya smile~I hate when my scale sucks!

babenwaiting
I am assuming it was from the stress on her body from having the baby Just a little over a week before.I am pretty sure it was all from the paralysis.
I hope all goes well for her too and hoping her being young is on her side in recovery.

david Great job with maintaining~Thats always a plus~

Nate0201 same for you~ SUPER JOB!!!!!

Actually everyone is doing super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at 180.6 this morning~So I am hoping to see 179.8 or lower real soon~cause when I reach that I will no longer be obese and I will be at a grand total of 80 pounds lost plus I will only have 29 pounds to go to 150!
So its a huge goal number for me.
I hope it comes soon.

TAKE CARE EVERYONE!
