Lori - I read your message to me about Glee as it being on tonight and I was trying so hard to figure out why we weren't getting it!! haha Then I realized it was Tuesday and not Wednesday....and everything made sense again. I am so excited to see it this week!!!

I am staying on plan, so far. I've lost 3 pounds since the last time I weighed myself (1 week ago). I am so grateful.

I've stayed pretty much with my goals - except my stretches and strengthening. I need to bump that up.

Chele-We weigh almost the same. My last weigh in i was at 192.4...cool! I started watching Glee too...can't wait to see it tonight! It was so funny last week

Hey to everyone! Just popping in....Today is a cardio day for me. I managed to fight through HUGE cravings yesterday(it was a lower calorie day for me) so im proud of myself for that

YAY!!! I've lost the first of my seven pounds!!! Thank you for all your support, guys!

to our newbies, and congrats to all the losers! You're doing great.

My food intake is going fine, though I need to cut calories another couple hundred a day. It's the exercise I must work on!

Congrats to all you losers! I was stuck at 183 for over a week, but yesterday I was 182 and this morning 181! If it stays at 181 tomorrow, that will mean I am down 10 pounds from start, and 3 pounds from start of the challenge.

I've been slack on my workouts, so I need to get back to my videos & walking.

good job everyone I'm still stuck well when I'm not gaining...Maybe I better drop that 12 lb goal to a 5 pound goal. Still on plan though....

I nearly forgot .......................

Just got done with all my exercises~I am up to riding the exercise bike 15 minutes total a day ~7 minutes after walking this morning and 8 minutes after walking this evening. It's getting easier so Hopefully I can start with longer times next week. I am gonna try.
I also gotta add back in my 3 minutes a day with the ab slide ~My shoulder is totally better....Well off to play American Idol karaoke revolution game on Playstation With the kids~I can hear them singing and I gotta go join there fun~If they will let me ~(LOL) I get competive.

Well I finally lost that 0.5 lbs that was hanging around for the past week and a half. I was able to update my pic to 30 lbs lost! I also made it to my exercise class again yesterday. It was the Zumba one. Lots of fun...but wow...a lot of work. I think I need to look at my calories again. I'm either too low or picking up some hiden calories becuase my progress has been so slow lately. I might need to do some zigzagging if everything else looks good. oh well...we shall see.

It is nice to read all the great progress on here. Keep up the good work all!

Sure...What i did was google "BMR calculater". My BMR was about 1600. Then i figured up 1600 a day times seven days a week and that amount was 11,200. So basicly im cycling that amount every week. For instance, 4days @1600, two days@ 1400, then i allow one day @ 2000. All adds up to be 11,200. It seems to be working

Lori-Did you kids let you sing? Sounds like fun! WTG on your workout yesterday..

Babyblues-Yay on the .5 loss. ive heard Zumba is a blast! nice job

Today is a full body weight lifting workout. I will do it soon(so i can get it over with)
