Much better day, yesterday. Calories were: 1109. I feel much better after a day of normal eating. I actually feel well, this morning. If a little brain-dead.

Good Morning everyone. It's Monday again. Ugh....but this week is more special, LOL I only 4 days till I am a married woman! My weekend was pretty nice, DF and I spent the whole time together. LOL I thought we were going to do separate activities, but I remembered that we already live together. LOL! I had fun doing the lake two days in a row. I walked two times on one day, ended up getting a painful blister, so I took it easy the next day. Two laps is equal to 5.6 miles!
Rain- I found my new snack addiction over the weekend, coffee from this one coffee joint up here. Man I don't know what they put in their coffee but, it's crazy good. LOL I guess it is alot healthier than whipped frappucinos, candy bars or whatever. I was craving it so bad, DF and I took a nice drive and got some. I felt so good right after. LOL! Let's see if I will make it through the week without their wonderful coffee.
Irish- My migraine went away on Saturday afternoon, it was basically a 3 day bonanza. LOL I loved watching the Blue Angels on Friday, but my head didn't. I have heard about ginger root, but was too lazy to go out and buy some. LOL
I also have a prescription, but need to refill it.
I am so sorry about your sister. If I were her I would somehow find it in my heart to just make amends. Otherwise you will end up regretting it when he is no longer here. But that is up to her.
Oooh you work with photo shopping, I know there are some pics of me that I want done to see what I looked like airbrushed to the max. LOL!
Dgramie- Did you have fun shopping? What did you end up picking up?
As for any wedding hints, I took the easy way out so far, we're doing the civil ceremony then a big party next year to celebrate our first year together.
We want to spend most of our money going to St. Thomas Islands next year, so that's how we're doing it. LOL! We watched his cousin blow a good 15,000 on her wedding and thought WHY?

Well, it is Monday, again. How the weeks fly by. I hope that everyone had a great weekend.
I was nicely OP, yesterday. Didn't eat quite as much as I should have. I was busy and not that hungry. But I did okay. Calories were: 1026. Drank all my water, too. So much that as I was drinking it, I had to shudder, a little. Water does that to me, now and then.

Well my weekend was good. I went and watched Jeff Dunham in concert. He is SO darn funny! I love him. Went with 3 other women, we kinda did a girls night out thing. My DD stayed with her friend overnight. She is on her way to her counseling appointment today. She is supposed to decide where she wants to stay when she gets home. I hope her appointment goes well and she gets some good advice and that it helps relieve some of the stress she has been under.
I did ok eating all weekend. I got rid of my walking boot/splint thing and bought a pair of high topped work boots for wearing for a while. They are mens boots. Thank god I work with men..lol They certainly wouldnt "go" with a skirt/dress/shorts/capri's..lol So I am basically done with summer clothes. I will be in pants until next spring now but that is ok. At least I can walk a little better. I am still stiff so I am walking very slow and limping a lot but it is still better.
My mom just moved to my town so we are in the process of finding her an apartment and part time job....she is staying with my family for a little bit until we can do all that......

Its back to babysitting full time for me today. Teachers started back today.
I had a great time shopping with my daughter, I got a couple of tops xl in the woman dept..which is awesome seeing how in jan i was wearing a 3xl.I also got a new set of knives at bed bath and beyond on clearance for 15.00 and its a 60dollar set.
My daughter is a size 4-6 and racked up on clothes really cheap at jcpenneys and kohls. It was alot of fun! I also picked up for few little things for my my1st grandchild who is due in oct.
tinky- I agree with the waste of money on a big wedding..my sons was so expensive and my daughter will try and do it as cheap as possible. I think she is having family make all the food . It seems her guest list is over 300 and she isnt even engaged yet( coming soon).
rain- glad you had a good op day yesterday. I did really well considering my daughter was home.
still trying_ glad you got that thing off...oh come on make a fashion statement..short skirt and work boots...it might be the next big thing!!

well my sisters dad passed away sunday Apparently she did get time to sit down and talk with him which I am sooo happy for. The other amazing thing is his family barely wanted anythign to do with krystal before now wants to include her in everythign to do with the funeral. They apologized to her and said that her dad made alot of mistakes and they are sorry they didn't just contact her themselves. So my sister is spending this week in toronto preparing everything for his funeral friday. I am going to a viewing wednesdasy night I want to go to the funeral but hubby works and can't get it off and I have no way there and no babysitter.
Yesterday DH woke up and said lets go...which he never does lol. We got in the car no idea where I was going and ended up an hour away at ikea in toronto lol. I had the dollar breakfast but gave my suasage and homefries to DH. so I only ate 2 tiny pancakes and eggs. we then went to the vaughn mall which is HUGE. Lunch I had mr sub 6" turkey wiht light mayo. I thought wow I ate out yet I am doing really well. Then we got home and my inlaws decided to take us to my hometown for a car show. we get there and FIL goes to get dinner (knowing I am on a diet) he goes and buys pizza from boston pizza. I tried not to eat but buy 7:30 I was starving and we still had til 9 with a 45 min drive home so I ended up eating 3 small slices I checked at home they are 240 a slice. So I ended up 1660 calories for yesterday which isn't horrible but is 260 above my 1400 calorie limit. today I am 174.8 but I think most of it is retained salt. Oh andd yesterday my scale went weird. I weighed 8 times and all 8 times my weight ranged from 174.1 to 176.9?? so I am thinking maybe my 173 on sat was a fluke of the scale. Today I weighed myself 5x and all 5 were 174.8 or .9 so it seems to have corrected its little melt down
today I am back on track I am going to try to come in low on my calories and exercise lots. oh and drink lots of water so I flush out the extra salt from yesterday. This up coming weekend I have to go to my grandpas on saturday well dh paintballs :S and sunday I have my uncle in laws 50th birthday I am going to be sooo careful that day. I have less then 2 weeks until My trip so I need to ge tmoving if I want that bathing suit. Oh and tonight I get to go buy makeup because my makeup bag went missing 3 weeks ago and I have been 3 weeks without make up so DH offered to tak eme and get some tonight so I have some for the funeral viewing wednesday so I am happy about that. well I better get going to get breakfast and start laundry

But budget has been tight and I really didn't have the money to run out and buy more. But having to go to the viewing on wednesday especially since its a very traditional italian family I need to look very dressy. anyways I am off too make lunch :P

Sorry, just a quick fly by. All the company left today so today is full of cleaning the house and getting laundry done. Tomorrow is back to the camp grounds until Sunday evening. We are going to the state fair Friday and Saturday so very full week and weekend and doesn't cost much at all

Irish- I do know what you mean with budgets....I am dealing with that one too. It has been a pretty pricey year. Thank you so much for your well wishes!! I guess people here at work are tripping out that I am not getting all jittery or anything. LOL
Shy- Thank you too! It should be nice. I am now debating whether I want to wear a shrug for the big day. I don't feel too comfortable with my arms.
i gave into the hunger pains yesterday and ate and ate and ate..im up 3lbs this morning and feel bloated and yucky.Not sure what was up with being so hungry and nothing hitting the spot...oh well today is a new day. back OP today and guzzling water.
