What is your next mini goal? This could be pounds lost, certain size, fast time for run/swim/bike etc. It's not all abut the scale! How will you reward yourself for meeting this goal?
My mini goal is to hit 196 lbs, that will be a 10 lb loss and I will reward myself with a manicure.
QOTD: My next mini-goal is 202 lbs because I will no longer be categorized as obese. I should be able to wear my 16s comfortably too. My reward will be getting my 16s out and wearing them again!!
QOTD- My next mini-goal is to get under 195. That is pretty close actually. My reward will be a new workout shirt I saw at Walmart. Then 190, I get the matching pants and 185, the jacket. I remember back last year, I told my DD that I would just like to be able to fit into some cute workout clothes. Well, i have done that.
Tsap- Gala apples are my FAVS. There is an orchard a few miles from my house and there is nothing better than one fresh from the tree.
Chiquita- I could so live the life of retirement. There are so many things I'd like to do with my time.
Joyra- I find weight loss is a crap shoot. Sometimes and works, and other times, nothing works. Go figure. Just keep on keepin on.
QOTD - My next mini-goal is 179. I don't have a reward worked out yet, but I'm thinking about it.
I feel rotten today and everyone tells me I'm crabby. I just want to crawl into bed, but I'm supposed to be teaching a class tonight. I'm hoping to get out of it.
My eating has been on, but I didn't exercise yesterday or today. I plan to be back on the wagon tomorrow with at least a light workout.
My next mini-goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 230. The clothes that I have were fitting nicely and I was close to a weight in which DH has never seen me before. When we got married I was 275. (NOW you know how I got pregnant! lol)

My mini goal is to hit my first 10%: 234.9
My reward is probably going to be a new scale, a really cool one. I've been wanting one for a while.
QOTD Next mini goal is the 180's...I'm more excited to get to 189 than I was 199. I thinks its knowing that a bad water weight day will not put me back at 200. Want to be far away from that! I want to be in the 180's by Feb 18th when I go on a carribean cruise...so for a reward I will make sure we do a really cool excursion and not worry about the cost.
Sitting here debating with myself to get up and exercise...so now that I've typed it I have to do it!!!
My next mini goal is to get out of the 160s. My reward will be dancing around with joy! Seriously, I hadn't thought of a reward, as I've been trying to cut back on my spending, but maybe I'll get myself an exercise step (since I need one anyway!)
QOTD-What is your next mini goal? I don't set scale goals anymore since I just seem to set my self up failure. So my next mini goal is to beat my previous 5k time of 43min at the next 5K on Feb 13th, my ultimate goal is to win a 5k race by the end of the year. Being able to run has become very important to me, not that I like running, but because of some previous injuries, I was told I couldn't.
I worked out with a personal a trainer yesterday. I am pretty sore but nothing like I was last week, which was the first time I worked out with her. I really don't understand it. I went to the Gym last Tuesday and met with her for the first time, did all of the routine she set for me and thought i was going to die and had problems with proper form ect... I had done a lot of back and chest exercises and the tightness in my chest muscles affected my heart, made it beat off rhythm, its happened before so I knew what it was. I was SO sore the next day, all over, I was on the verge of tears, driving was excruciating, I was still really sore on Thursday as well then Friday I ran a 5k so no gym work at all after last Tuesday and no exercise since Friday's run. So yesterday was my first opportunity to get back at the gym and I did the exact same routine and it felt completely different. My form was almost perfect, I wasn't near as exhausted and I am not quite as sore. I could see this happening after a couple weeks of the routine but this fast??? I don't get it.
My next mini goal is to be in the 160's. We're going on vacation in May and I'd just really like to look HOT. So in my littlel pea brain I figure if I get in the 160's I should be in an 8/10 and will need new summer clothes. So I guess you could say summer clothes will be my reward.

My next mini goal is to reach my TBL Challenge goal of 20 lbs gone. I'll reward myself by purchasing a Biggest Loser t-shirt or some other TBL merchandise.
My other mini goal (more of a streak, actually) is logging all my food every day. I haven't missed a day since January 2!
It is SO COLD, it is hard to drink cold water!! I've been drinking a lot of hot tea, but I know that won't help me reach my water goal, so I am just going to have to suck it up and DRINK!
Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day, so I will be LCW'ing tonite! I might even do Boot Camp AND Yoga DVD's back to back!
One other thing I've learned--it takes only ONE day off plan to ruin a whole week's worth of loss. I had a very high calorie day last Saturday (2600 calories!!) and have just now rid myself of the excess weight that was put on because of it. I do believe I have learned my lesson....LOL
