Good morning everyone, or I hope everyone is having a better morning than I am Got on the scale this morning and -0- loss -0- gain. TOM decided to show up and I'm bloated to all get out. I'm hoping this is a good sign that I have actually lost a few pounds but thanks to TOM putting it back on it -0- it out so I should have a good loss next week. Keeping those fingers crossed.

HA! I love how uncomfortable the girls look in it while working. When I first heard the man's comment, I had to replay it because it sounded like he said "It feels great on my @$$". (But he was saying "abs"). Oops.

If I had the money, I'd go out and buy all sorts of weird stuff like this and give them to people with a big smile on my face, looking totally excited to give it to them, JUST to see how they would react. (Ohhh... thank you... it's ... great...)

Tina, have fun with your cutie-pie nephew!

Laura, wow, I can't believe you ran a half-marathon! That's incredible! You're awesome!

Andi, sorry you're feeling like you're having a rough time, but congrats on not gaining during TOM! That's definitely a good sign that you've lost weight during the week!

Things are going well for me. I did end up finishing the paint job, but there was still stuff all over the house from the bedroom, and since I couldn't leave it lying all over the house, I stuck it all back in the room, so now it's just as crowded as before. I can't wait till garage sale season. lol. It's gonna be a big one!

Had the worst craving for coconut gelato. However, I'd been doing well with calories, so I went out and bought a little container of it (to go), and I'm having a little of it at a time, so it will last for days & days. lol. I'm being kind of bad, but kind of good. I figure I can account for it in calories, and I'm not eating it all at once... But it still feels like I'm cheating.

-Yello.

Yello, that's a really good idea with the gelato. I did the same thing with a chocolate Christmas tree I got - it took me a month to finish!

Also, mini victory for me yesterday: after the race there were bagels and apples. I grabbed a bagel, but since I was going out for brunch after, I decided to have the apple and just carry the bagel in case I got really lightheaded or something on my way home. Would have been so easy to just chow down, but I'm really glad I didn't!

Good morning ladies. I still have a little of the blahs going on, but I'm feeling better then yesterday. I swear if my period does not come though I'm going to explode. I just feel like crap, my back hurts, I'm *ithcy, and I feel like I may jump right out of my skin So all in all I'm really pleasent to be around right now!LOL! I met my goal of 5 days exercise. I got in 2 days of strength training combined with cardio and 3 days of just cardio. I think that is going to be my goal again for this week. With my nephew coming and TOM just waiting to come, I think that's a pretty reasonable goal. Next week though I'd like to up the strength training to 3 days with cardio and 2 days of just straight cardio. I am trying to squeak in one more day to make a total of 6, but I just feel right now that would be setting myself up for failure. Kev and I are still not really speaking. I know I have to tell him I'm sorry, but right now that is just a hard pill for me to swallow. I wish he would understand me more, he knows when I get like this to just leave me the heck alone, but do you think he does...NOPE! It's like he seeks me out and tries to annoy me. Like yesterday I was sitting at the computer desk folding laundry, and he comes up and goes to grab the basket, saying "I'll take care of that!" Now the way he said it and the face he made was like don't stress yourself with the laundry, I'll take care of everything, but in a total sarcastic way. Why couldn't he just walk on be and leave me be. I'll be better by tonight, I don't hold grudges. Today I'll be going to the gym for all cardio. Not sure what time my sister is coming over tonight. Well I'm helping in Kyle's class today so I best get moving!

Floann- 1.6 loss is not letting anyone down...heck I only lost .5 lbs this week

Andi- How envious I am...I wish TOM would come over here!LOL! Great job on making the gym yesterday. If you didn't see a loss this week your going to have a great one next week...I usually gain anywhere from 3-5 lbs during TOM, and especially right at the beginning.

Laura- Congrats on finishing the marathon, and in the time you wanted. How many miles was it? Great job on taking the apple, a bagel is really tempting!

Danielle- It's so hard to put yourself first sometimes. Especially when you have kids, they just seem to require so much, and the end of the day comes and it's like okay I'm ready for bed Maybe you could start with small things, like taking 1/2 hour a day to do something just for you. How cool that you met Bill and Hollie....I would of loved that! I bet it's so inspiring to see them in the flesh. Ohhh BettySue...I love that women! She was my favorite player, and I was truely sad to see her go. I'm glad she's doing well!

Melissa- That chair is INSANE! I would feel like a total nut job in that thing Great job on finishing week 1 of c25K, that has to feel great! Keep up the hard work~

Rennie- Great job on a 2 lb loss. I love when I have those weeks. WOW! 25 Sansone videos, you could open a video storeLOL! I've wanted to try those, I won't even ask if you like them because that's obvious!LOL!

timkerbelle- Good luck with getting batteries! I should probably change mine soon!

Yello- I bet your glad to have the painting done...not one of my favorite things to do! How is the floor coming along? I love garage sales, not having them though, shopping them What is Gelato?

Mom23BC- Great job on the 1.5 lb loss! You'll met that goal at next weigh-in I bet. That is so cool that your doing a marathon with your kids, I need to look into something like that for us.

Countingdown- I have never been on skis...I'm a little afraid to. Neat thought that you were blowing your husband away!

Everyone else I hope you all have a fantastic Monday~

Thanks for the encouragement! I am really hoping that this is going to turn our world upside down. To me, I want this to be a lifetime thing. Not just dieting to loose down to a certain number. Of course I can't wait to see my special number on those scales.

Good Morning!

Everyone ready for another great week? You all are doing so well, it's really great to hear such inspiring stories. KUTGW!!

Tina, sorry you still have the grouchies. Men will never learn, it's in their nature to antagonize especially when they know we're grumpy, that way they can go back later and state just how mean we were to them and go for the sympathy. lol Rooting for AF to start soon for ya, never thought I'd say that before.

Laura, you showed great restraint w/ the bagel. Me, I'd have probably dove head first into the whole basket of 'em! LOL So proud of you for all your accomplishments!

Yello, you've been busy with that painting I bet you're relieved it's done. Garage sales are always a good thing!

Andi, aw I'm sorry about weigh-in. Just know that next week's will be even better! How can it not with all that good exercise you're doing, right?!

Tinkerbelle, bummer about those batteries! Were you able to do a weigh in at all for the week?

Shy, wow you have alot of Leslie! lol I love her workouts, they're good on my knees and I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out. Congrat's on the 2, that's fantastic!!!

Ladies, have a spectacular day! I'm off to workout, give my new Fitness book I got yesterday a try and see if I don't kill myself while doing it!

Thanks! I do love that personal time of just walking and be out doors with them.

Well then you better just beat me up, because I only lost 1.5 pounds. Now serious, 1.6 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. Have you seen what a pound of fat looks like?????? Most of us are not going to loose like they do on T.V.

Congrats and give yourself a big pat on the back.

Just another friendly reminder! Your Week 2 Weigh in is due tonight by 11:59pm EST!! Looks like we've got a majority of them in but it also looks like we've got LOTS of red team members who only come here to post a weight since they never give us updates on themselves. This isnt a weigh in thread Red team, this is a team challenge! Your team would love your support!
