That sounds so fun!! I used to cross country ski every now and then when I lived in Minnesota. Right now it is almost 50 degrees in Omaha and the snow is melting. No chance of x-country skiing today Way to make Hubby work at keeping up with you!

Danielle, that is awesome that you got to meet Bill and Hollie and Bette-Sue!! What a thrill that must've been!! Can't wait to see the pictures!!! I understand the "making this about me" comment. We have to do it for ourselves so that we can be there for our families in the long run.

Yeah!! I'm so excited for you!!!

Good evening...I have been crazy busy this weekend. Yesterday we helped my BIL move, and afterwards we all got together at my MIL's for pizza. Food this weekend has been awful. I'm still waiting for TOM to come, and honest to God I feel like I'm loosing my ever loving mind. Kev and I are fighting because I'm acting like a total lunatic. I just am frustrated and I'm taking it out on him. I look at him and I just want to scream. I hate that I get this way...I feel awful for everyone who has to be around me. I'm a raving *itch!!!! I just wish it would come already so I could feel normal. Today I spent most of the day grocery shopping. I didn't workout Friday or yesterday, well besides moving yesterday that was a little workout. I really don't feel like it tonight, but I will to meet my goal. I have to workout one more day and it has to include strength training. I said I would do weights 2 days out of the 5, so today will make day number 2. I'm sure it will make me feel better to workout. My sister is coming tomorrow night to spend the night with her almost 3 month old son. I will be watching him on Tuesday and perhaps Wednesday. It will be nice to spend some time with my nephew. He is such a little cutie. It just has been so long since I've had a little baby, I hope I remember WTH to doLOL! Well I'll have to wait until tomorrow to do personals. I just wanted to pop in and say Hi, and let you all know I'm still alive. I'm off to do my workout now. Have a great night ladies~

Sorry team, I let everyone down this week, I only lost 1.6 pounds. The good news is I lost! I just cannot get motivated to exercise! Doing just the minimum.

Let us down? Nonsense!! Even the minimum is somethin' and it's better than nothin'. I know how you feel about not being motivated to exercise, that's how I was earlier this week. It was cold, I was exhausted from work, plus with TOM on the way all I wanted to do was veg and sleep! Now that is doing nothin'! Kicked my rear in gear on Friday though and have rejuvenated my workouts! Hope you get over this bout of non-motivation soon!!

Bbybear, I had a few setbacks this week too, and the best advice I can give is to look at each meal/snack as a new opportunity. I am the worst at binging once and then continuing to eat poorly for the rest of the day because I've already ruined it, but I'm getting better. I'm finding that calorie counting with Daily Plate helps, because if I see actual numbers (instead of just on plan/off plan), it DOES matter. Like, going 100 calories over isn't as bad as going 1,000 calories over, so I'm better able to stop myself. Also, just noticed you're from Albany - I grew up in Guilderland, though I live in NYC now.

Danielle, I'm so jealous - that sounds like a fabulous experience!

Floann, in my book, any loss is a success, so congratulations!

I did my half-marathon today!!!! And I made my goal of a sub 2 hour time. Just barely, but I did make it. I put a race report on my blog, but one extra thing to note: I had the TBL theme song on my iPod, and you know how the lyrics go, "you could be so many people, if you make that break for freedom"? I thought of it as "you could BEAT so many people," as in, I could pass a ton of people in the race if I just stepped it up, ran a bit faster, and broke out of the pack. At mile 5, not only did I pick up speed, but I got a fantastic runner's high from thinking of all of you. So thanks for your unknowing support!

Andi, yep I am guilty of putting everyone & everything before myself and then use it as an excuse to not carry out my wants. Today, seeing Bill & Hollie spoke volumes about how they have put themselves first to be healthy not only for themselves but for the people who love them too. Making themselves a priority gave them the success they have now. I want that!

Tina, my goodness little lady you've had quite the weekend! I'm sorry you have the blahs right now with AF lurking around the corner. I hope the workout helped you out a bit?

Floann, you didn't let us down by any means! You did great this week! Me? I lost a pound, wish it was more but it is what it is and I'm happy. Keep it up, you're doing GREAT!

Yello, I had the best time today! I just was really really inspired, seeing it all in person is indescribable. Well, don't feel too bad they didn't visit you, they were touring 5 of the fattest cities in the U.S. LOL Not that I actually "live" in the city where they were today, had to drive about 40 min. but still....really really scary to be that high up there!

Laura, a BIG congrat's on your run!!! WTG chicky, that is fantastic news!

I did it! I made it to the gym today!! Even in all of my agony! I am so sore from yesterday's workout! My friend called me about 5 times between yesterday and today to see how I was feeling after her workout. One word.... OW!!!!!

I was lurking today and saw that! It is too funny! Sad thing is there are quite a few videos on YouTube with that chair! I don't think I could get any work done on that chair.

I now have 25 different Leslie Sansone exercise videos and I also like the shapely secrets 7 min. I do all of them. Not the whole videos sometimes if they are over 3 miles but I do enjoy each of them.

Wanted to say hello to everyone. Has been a pretty good week. First time in a long time I have lost 2lbs in one week. Bet when I do my official weigh in this coming Wednesday I find I haven't lost anymore. That is just how it works lol.
