Good morning ladies! Well I'm taking my first freebie this week. I ate awful this past weekend, and the scale is showing a couple pound gain I'm hoping a little of it is just water retention! TOM is due sometime this week, so that is a huge part of my crazy eating....I am like a beast when TOM is coming! I had a really nice weekend though, Kev and I took the kids downtown Saturday to the Lincoln Park Zoo, and then out to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner....it was a beautiful day out and the kids had a blast. Yesterday Kev did the brakes on my truck, the poor guy was out there from 12:30-10:30....he said the front ones were a breeze, but the back one were a pain in the butt! I feel so bad for him, and I know he is hurting today at work, early to bed for him tonight! Today I am going to help in my youngest son's class....he is really excited! This Sunday is his b-day, he is going to be 4!!!! My youngest is going to be 4, that means my babies are all growing up on me....I have to say though I like them at these ages, they are so fun! I was not much for the sleepless nights, and bottles! I picked up a new book yesterday Comeback, it's a true story about a mother and daughter....the daughter runs away and gets hooked on drugs and the mother is trying to find her, any of you ever heard of it? It's a really good book, hard to put down! This morning I have to finish up my laundry and pick up a bit, and that is about it for me...dinner tonight will be grilled pork chops. Well that is about it for me ladies, hope you all have a great day!!!

CONGRATS LIZ.....how exciting!!! It is so fun when it's a surprise!

Dea- Great job on the loss!

Onthetee- I had a awful weekend eating wise also, let's get back with it today!

Aud- Great job on the loss....keep it up your doing great!

Selina- Our sons share a b-day, have fun with the family....I love visiting with family, especially when you don't get to see them often!

Chellez- Great job on the 1lb loss!

Everyone else....I hope you all had a great weekend!!!!!

.....That's for me, but if any of you feel you need some feel free, I'll share

I slept in again this morning. Woke up with a migraine, probably due to the weather change. Took some excedrin and slept it off. I'm feeling groggy now, but pain free. Today was weigh-in...I'm down 2.4 pounds. I'm now in the 220's. Not bad considering that I couldn't work out all last week. The knee is feeling better, but I'm not pushing it. It does hurt when I've been on my feet for a while. If it doesnt improve, I'll have to get it checked by a doctor. I did find a nearby store that does the gait analysis and will recommend shoes for the way I walk and my body mechanics. I am flat footed and may not be wearing the best shoes. From what I've been reading on-line, this can cause something called "runners knee." I hope the answer is something simple and not something like arthritis.

Saturday, I went clothes shopping. So many sales and I was wearing smaller sizes than I've seen in a long time. First of all, I got measured again for a bra. I've dropped from a DD to a D. I also bought size 1x tops....I dropped from 3x. And, I bought size 22 dress pants..I was in size 26. I can't fit into my size 22 jeans yet, but the dress pants looked great. I was dreading this shopping trip. But, I had a blast!

Yesterday, I cleaned and organized the fridge and freezer then went grocery shopping. Menus are planned for the week and I'm 100% on-plan. My goal for today is to drink a bit more water and to keep switching the Splenda for the agave nectar. I'm still trying to adjust my taste buds.

Hope everyone has a great on-plan day! I'll check back later for personals.

Sorry I've been MIA, dealing with a sick dog, getting ready to take him to the vet. I did good this week for my first week of Core, a 2.2 loss. Hope everyone is doing well! Talk to ya later.

Ahhhhhh an engagement - loving the real lives of Our Bluesers! Congrats!

I'm back from the quickest root canal I've ever had! Great way to start a Monday, eh?

I'm Posting my lowlow weight from Friday - was too busy to ever make it to the Y to weigh in again - stayed super psyched all weekend with that loss on Friday tho'!

WTG on losing the cup sizes GirlyGS! I am too, altho' I haven't measured - have been steadily not overfilling my size ranges of DDD/DD/D bra selections in my drawer. At one point I had like 4-6 HUMPS going when I'd wear a T shirt!

Hang in there Azzie - we'll get there!

New Week . . . New Nerveless Tooth . . . I'm ready to take it on again - how 'bout You Blues?

We have an overcast drizzling day here in Georgia. This is a very good thing as we've been in a drought. Of course, I'm now struggling with the strong desire to head back upstairs and snuggle back into my nice warm bed. But, duty and the bills are calling my name. I had a great on-plan day yesterday with my food. However, I was struggling with hunger which is very unusual. I'm never hungry when I'm on-plan. Hopefully, this means the scales will be giving me a "whoosh" this week. Wouldnt that be nice. I'm still not able to workout because of the knee. I've been giving it a rest, but I've noticed that it starts hurting if I'm on my feet for long. This is incredibly aggravating. I'm starting to wonder if I will ever be able to use my treadmill. I thought about an ellyptical as they are supposed to be better on the knees, but we just don't have that in the budget right now. Hubby and I are going to the running store sometime this week. We are having our gait analyzed so they can recommend some good shoes. He has been having some shin splints. We know that we will have to pay some serious money for good shoes, but we decided that its worth it. Hopefully, the lower cost of health issues down the line should be a great benefit.

Today, I want to drink more water and try to find some type of "sitting" workouts

Aud - so glad you got the tooth taken care of.
Cathy - How's your dog?
NoVaVTFan - Congratulations on your engagement!

Hope everyone has a great on-plan day!

Default I don't know about you guys...

But I like winning. I am enjoying our victories so much that it will keep me out of the Whole Wheat Goldfish today (dang, I love those little guys).

Aud--nice work on being our biggest loser!

Rainy, dreary and windy here today. Once I get the kids lessons done (I am considering just having them pile into my bed and reading some historical fiction and calling it a day), we are off to the pet store. We have had a rabbit for about two months now, and with the change in weather, he is now an indoor bunny. The transition is not going as I had hoped. I am going through rabbit litter and paper towel like crazy. He uses the litter box in the living room perfectly, but not the one in his cage. As a result, little Petey is getting neutered.

Then it is off to the farm for eggs.

This afternoon we have a class on raptors at a local park with our science club.

If I have time, we will bake pumpkin muffins, but I don't see that happening.

Have a good day!

Yahoo, another blue win! Way to go, gals.

I'm having a crazy week with school... I'm at the point in the semester that I just don't care, but I really NEED to care! I've been feeling very "eh... don't care" about everything lately, so I'm setting myself smaller goals for a little while. This week I'm aiming to get my water back on track with 64+oz per day.

NoVaVTFan - congrats on your engagement!

GirlyGirlSebas - congrats on losing a cup size! I would love to be back in the D/DD range... can you believe I wear a G cup?!

aud - I'm glad your root canal went smoothly!

way to go everyone!! Congrats on all of the pounds lost and all of the minutes of exercise done!!

I am really trying to stay on plan this week, so that 1....I can contribute to next weeks losses, and so that 2...I can reach my year end goal!!! Now that would feel good!
I had zero energy yesterday....had an afternoon nap, went to bed early, and had trouble getting up this morning. I had a great workout this afternoon, had a fruit smoothie, and am feeling much better today....very weird!
Keep having a great week ladies!!

Good morning, Blues!

Just a quick note to touch base and let you know that I'm doing okay. I have another project...this one due by Friday afternoon...and I'm already running behind. Plus, I have an appointment with an orthopaedist on Friday morning, so I need to try to complete the project early. Yikes! Feeling just a bit stressed. I stayed 100% on-plan yesterday, but the scales have decided to creep up 1 pound since Monday....for absolutely no reason. Have I mentioned how much I hate the scales! I wish I could work-out again. Hopefully, the doctor will help me fix the knee and get going again.
Plan for today....another 100% on-plan day.

No time for personals today, but please know that I read every post and love hearing from all of my team members. Hope everyone has a great on-plan day!

GO BLUE!

Good morning ladies~ I was so busy yesterday, so sorry I didn't make it here...I usually try to at least pop in for a hi, but it was CRAZY yesterday. I went to my oldest sons school in the afternoon, and helped out with some stuff. I have been at the schools since last Thursday, I'm pooped! Today I have a doctors appt once I get the kids off to school, and all I really want to do is sit on my couch and read my new book! TOM is right around the corner though and that always makes me super tired among other things, but this month I'm feeling tired more then anything! I see we won the challenge again this week, not that I helped in that, but it still is cool~ I'm back on my game though, and hoping TOM won't screw my WI up too much! Doesn't look like I'll be making my H4H goal, but I'm still going to try and get as close as I can to it! Sorry I don't have time for personals today, but tomorrow I'll be back on it! Have a wonderful day ladies
