Greetings from Tooth-Land . . . Happy to report that I got a bit better in the nite . . . tried sleeping with a hot water bottle on my face! Not sure if that . . . or the anti-biotics finally did their work - but the pressure and most of the pain is gone! *knock on monitor* Talked to the dentist this morning - thinks the nerves are dying and infection leaving them so should make it til next Monday. Also refilled my Vikes. w00t! Hope your Mom got some relief as well denice - and can tell you really knew what I was going thru otTee! Could just picture you in the garage crying at Baby's Birthday!

So proud of you Blue LOSERS!

Hope to have a better w/i next time gals!

Tx for the motivation stbfchick . . . love those meditations!

Hey all - crazy day today with work and school, so just popping in for a quick hello! I'm happy to report that the scale is making its way downwards again (huzzah!) even with the zillions of girl guide cookies I ate this weekend. Whooops.

I hope everyone gets weighed in, I'd hate to lose anyone, let alone four people! Yikes!

1 lb down for me!! It was actually 3 lbs, but two of those was just to get back to where i was pre-vacation. Hopefully, I will drop another 3 lbs next week and be able to count them all!!

I just posted my weight loss...sorry to be a little late, but I didn't have as much time this morning as I usually do.

Have another great week blue team!!

How can a woman work out as often as I do and still post a big fat goose egg for pounds lost?

I swear, I am destined to never see the other side of 150.

If you all knew me in real life, you would know that I am cussing my head off right now. Not just the kind-of-bad words either. The heavy hitters.

Just a really quick hi! I have a lice infestation going on at my house...NOT FUN! I am itching like crazy! My daughter has been treated, and the bedding is being washed on hot, furniture vaccumed, and I'm waiting for my husband to get home to check my head! I'm sure I have it though, her and I use the same hair brush! It never freaking ends over here!

I am sure you were looking for MORE work to do around the house. That is a drag. So sorry.

I am counting down until my run. DH let the kids stay up last night, and mine need 11.5 hours AT LEAST or they are like little trolls. Not a good time here today either. I am going to run, then I have a meeting. I cannot wait to escape.

Sorry to hear that!! We had it here once...and I never worked so hard in my life!! laundry, vaccuming (sp??), combing thru hair...hours of work! Plus, the darned medicated shampoo is expensive!
I'm itchy just thinking about it!

Well I weighed in for the first time in a long time and I was up 2.2 lbs.... I'm usually a morning weigher so that might had something to do with it. Plus I had on pants and I usually weigh in capris...

Ok time to stop making excuses.... I bought a whole bunch of smart ones and I'm getting back on track!

Hi Blues!

Yesterday, I did manage to get in my 60 minutes on the treadmill and I stayed on-plan. I really thought the scales would drop back down a little this morning, but no such luck. I don't think I'll be getting on the treadmill today as my knees are giving me problems, especially the left one. I must have strained it over the weekend and the treadmill just made it worse yesterday. Today, it is very sore and the right one is hurting a little bit, too. This really aggravates me as my scales do not move if I'm not exercising. As of yesterday, I have exactly 3 weeks before I leave on my business trip. I wanted to lose a ton of weight before then, but this body just won't get with the program. Arghhh! But, I'm not giving up. Every little bit counts, right? Today, I will stay on-plan again and get to bed early.

NoVaVTFan - Have you been able to catch up on your rest? How's the BF?
Aud - So glad your tooth is feeling better and that the doctor gave you some more happy pills.
Marianne - Great job losing despite the cookies!
Dea - Great job getting back to you pre-vacation weight!
Tina - Yikes, the lice issue is the pits! Been there and done that...and don't want to do it again! I didn't get them, but my head still itched like crazy......it was all I could think about. Hope you beat this one quickly.
On-the-Tee - I envy you being able to run to relieve the stress and have some escape time. Don't worry about those darn scales. Sometimes, they just don't cooperate...but, your workouts are helping your health in so many ways.
Michelle - So glad you braved the scales and are getting back on track.

Hope everyone has a great on-plan day! GO BLUE!

Morning girls!

Well the results are posted and we did fantastic this week! Let's keep it up for next week too!

So I'm going to start tracking points again because lets be honest here.... I haven't even thought about the big D for the past 3 weeks. I went out and bought a bunch of smart ones meals and some yogurt and 100 calorie packs. I think they should last me until the beginning of next week which is good. I decided I'm going to be more accountable for what I eat in a day so I'm going to attempt to post my meal plan here just so someone knows I'm doing the right thing! So here it goes:

B: 3/4 cup Special K Vanilla & Almond with 1 cup 2% milk - 5 pts
L: 1 Smart Ones Rigatoni with chicken and broccoli & 1 cup of light n fit yogurt with 4 strawberries - 8 pts
S: 100 calorie pack of Ritz snack mix - 3 pts
D: (Still to be decided but I'll have 10 pts left)

I figured I'd start small and work on eating better this week then move into making a real exercise routine for myself next week.... only if I'm ready.

Well gotta run! Have a gorgeous day!

I would definitely stay off the treadmill and try to walk outside if you still want to get in some exercise. Your stride on a treadmill is very different because you are pulling against the surface. With normal walking, you push. There is a 'knee issues' sticky at the top of the exercise page that is really helpful too. Ice and ibuprofen, and you probably will be back at 60 minutes in a few days!

thanks for the pm Rhonda

Well it looks like we are still whooping butt and taking names in the exercise challenge.

But I'm getting that feeling it's not really a challenge any more for the other teams. Are there any ideas for maybe another type of exercise challenge?

Keep posting miles while we gather ideas!

On a side note: I've been on plan all day! I'm feeling super tired though and I don't know what it is. I'll probably start taking my Adaptamax for energy cause I can't keep crashing and burning at work like this. I know I'm not going to go to class tonight so hopefully I can swing by my old WW meeting night then go home and rest so Im ready for the rest of the week.

On a another side note: I'm modifying my Hot for Halloween goal to being under 190 lbs by Halloween. I kind of figured that trying to lose 10.5 lbs in 2 weeks was a bit extreme...

How is everyone else doing on their H4H goals?

My H4H goal was 150 which I hit yesterday . . . BUT . . . I cheated and got on the scale this morning because I was curious to see if I was still hitting 150 and it said 151. This is normal for me if I cheat and weigh myself 2 days in a row, so I'm not getting upset about it. I'm sticking with the 150 and hoping that I can stay on lan the next couple of weeks and will still be at 150(or lower!) when Halloween comes around.

TOM is coming this week, so I'm ready for the scale to go up. Thank god for Seasonale and only having 4 periods a year - I don't think I could go back to having a period every month, especially with how long mine last (usually about 7 days for the full cycle). Sorry if that is TMI all.

Congrats to the Blues for winning the weigh in! Everyone keep up the great work!!
