Good morning everyone!

Hope you all had a good holiday and are ready for June to begin! It's hard to believe we are almost halfway through our challenge. Congrats to everyone for their progress this week. WakeMeForSummer, what a great loss! Lindsey, congratulations on reaching the 50 pound mark! That is so inspiring.
to everyone!

Angie, please post your miles if you can! We can surely use them.

Melissa, congratulations on fitting in your bike ride. Keep on working on the eating--it can be sooo hard when you're eating out. It's great that we get a new chance with every day (or every meal) to make good choices.

Erika, so glad you are feeling better!

Love, you lucky napper! I love naps, even a 20 minute one can make me feel so much better.

Charity, great job on squeezing in the extra workout and staying OP. I think those soft pretzels are a treat that are worth it. OMG I love those things.

Well, I'm off to town to do errands today, and make a trip to the main library to pick up materials for projects for my older daughter--history and biology. Then we're going to look for a new bike for her. I got my bike out a few days ago and have been using that. Didn't ride it at all last summer, and boy, do my quads feel it. But I hope to rack up a bunch of miles on that thing, ladies.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Good Morning Red team!! Everyone ready to have a fantastic day? I sure am! Didnt get my bike ride in last night because of a band concert. Why do they always pack so much stuff into the last couple of weeks of school? I've got a field trip today with dd too.

I keep telling myself that if I just lose 10 lbs I can go get my hair cut, I hate it SOOO much right now you'd think that would motivate me to get back on the good eating trail! Maybe thats what I need to do, look in the mirror while I eat! LOL!

Well I better get going and get the other dd up and off to school. Be good to yourselves Red Team!!! We've still got goals to meet! Looks to me like Hershey is definetly within our grasps! We can do this!!!

hi guys,

I'm going to be a BAD cheerleader the next couple days, possibly weeks.

I'm moving this weekend. Moving in with a BOY ewwwwww!!!!!!! grosss!!!
It's too late to change my mind now! The lease is signed and 1/3 of my crap is already packed.

So between packing/moving/unpacking/freaking out about living with a boy/patching up and cleaning my previous residence/ buying stuff (I don't even own a single pan!) I'm going to be busy.

I'll be checking in, but maybe not responding as much as I should.

I HATE MOVING.

Good luck with the move Amber! I HATE moving, so I can totally sympathize! Drop in when you can and let us know how things are going. I will try to do double cheerleading duties while you are busy!

Good evening ladies,

Hope everyone is doing great. Amber, good luck with your moving. I hope you get lots of exercise packing etc.

Exercise is gong well, but I'm having some challenges staying on plan with my eating. I think I'm getting bored with staying on plan, plus I've been around the house a lot the last couple of days--I have a hard time not grazing when I'm at home. I just put my plan for tomorrow into fitday for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I hope that will help me stay on track.

It is supposed to be sunny here tomorrow and I am planning on going on a long in the morning.

Good Morning Red team! Was awfully quiet around here yesterday. I hope all is well with everyone. And now the weekend is upon us. Its going to be in the 90s here....time to get out the air conditioner! My plan is to get in lots of exercise!

Ann....I'm struggling with the staying on plan thing myself. I let myself get off and havent been able to get back at it again. Just laziness on my part but hopefully the 2 of us can pull it out and get back to what we need to be doing. You are definelty right about planning, its the best thing you can do! I hope today is a fantastic day for you!

Have a wonderful weekend Red team!! Make sure you do something special for yourself...you DESERVE it!!!

Coming out of hibernation to say:

You don't need luck Michelle!!! You're a strong, intelligent woman! You're going to do this weightloss thing and you don't need luck. You may need a gentle kick in the butt to get some motivation back (but then again! who among us doesn't from time to time?)! So, for you Michelle, for motivation and a little to let you know we are all in your corner!!!

Hey everyone! Thank you for all of your kind words about my weight loss. This past week I was at my parents' house again, and luckily, I got in tons of swimming time. 3 1/2 hours to be exact! I also got a rather nasty sunburn on my back, but that's just about healed up by now. Several people mentioned bike riding this past week, which is probably one of my favorite forms of exercise, as I'll mention below. I've been OP with my eating and am looking forward to what kind of loss I'll have come Monday morning when I weigh in.

Charity, way to go for making up for the mall pretzel with some exercise!!
Amber, great job on at least trying to be healthy on vacation! I know how hard that can be. Oh, and it's fun sometimes to get a little big headed because of some nice words of encouragement! Enjoy it! Also, I completely empathize with your hatred of moving. I'll have to face that beast at the end of July/beginning of August when I move from Texas to Maryland. Still don't know exactly how I'm gonna transport the 3 kitties.
Erika, glad to hear that you're getting back into the swing of things and feeling better!
Ann, don't you just love bike riding? I miss it a lot... I used to ride all the time when I lived in Europe, but since then I haven't and am probably still a bit too heavy to do it right now. I told my mom that the second I hit 275 I'm going to go for a nice, long ride. I think that's about how large I was at the time I left.
Michelle, here's some to help you get back on track! You can do this!!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend, both with having fun and staying OP. See you guys later!

-Lindsey
