Sorry Red Team, I totally thought today was Sunday! So I forgot to weigh myself this morning! Darn 3 day weekends! PLUS...I didnt get anything posted before 10PM ET, so this week is a freebie! Which isnt altogether a bad thing because with TOM and the way I ate all weekend I'd bet it stayed the same!
Okay we are starting another movie so I gotta run and catch up with everyone tomorrow! On a good note I took an hour long bike ride with my youngest today, not sure how long it was yet but I'd bet it was close to 10 miles if not farther. gonna try to figure out milage in the AM!

Well, I have a big victory to share with everyone! Yesterday, while at the mall with dh and dd, we decided to get pretzels. Well, after dinner, that put me 5 points over on my plan (which is about the equiv. of 300 calories). I was really discouraged because I wanted to stay on plan this whole week and had done so well on Sunday and on planning the day for Monday. But, then I started thinking, it was only 5:30, so I still had time for a workout. So, I went for a run/walk and burned 658 calories - more than twice what I had went over!!! I was very proud of myself!!! So, I ended up being on program after all!
Good morning Red team!!! Did you happen to see how close we came to meeting our exercise challenge last week....1.4 miles to NY!!! Way to go RED team!!! You really kicked it up and kicked some butt!! Lets keep that momentum going! We need 144.4 miles to get to Hershey, PA....girls we can do that this week!!! C'mon!!! We can do this!!!
I've got my work cut out for me this week, slight gain from TOM and eating all that salt this weekend, but I'm betting it'll be gone by morning. I'm still a day behind I could swear today was monday.

I'm back from my mini vacation. I had a wonderful time! My fellow roadtrippers were supposed to pick up healthy snacks. Yes, carrots and snap peas are healthy, but not when you dip them in delicious cheesy garlic dip.
I ate the healthiest options for most of my meals. But as we all know 'healthiest option' does not always translates to 'healthy'. Of course I'd ruin that by splitting desserts with everyone and can you say S'mores . But I feel good about the weekend. Sure, I wasn't completely OP, but I got a run in (HECK YEA!!!! ) I ate sort of ok at the restaurants we went to and I never got anything at the spontaneous places we went (Icecream shops, coffee houses etc.)
I was up two pounds this morning, but you know, I'll take it! Noone has really noticed my weightloss up here, I guess because it's been so painfully ridiculously slow. I get down there, and it's all "Amber you've lost so much weight" "Amber you look so good!" I tried on this really small top and my roommate of the last six years goes "When did you turn in to a hottie!!"

Yes, we need 144.4 miles to get to Hershey, PA and we have 14 people that are participating in the miles challenge. That means each person needs to get only 10 more miles this week ~ we can all do that!!! Come on everyone, let's try to catch up to the Blue Team!!! I can't wait to get my bike, then I can really start helping the team out!
Amber, your vacation sounds great! Only 2 lbs. up, that is wonderful! I am sure most of it is water and will be gone in no time! I can easily go up 5+ lbs. in a situation like that, so I think only 2 is great! Don't forget to add your run to our mileage challenge.
Hi all -- Okay, I'm in on the exercise challenge. Sorry about last week, I didn't even realize it was going on, and I feel awful that we missed it by so little. My walks to tha park with DS would have pushed it all the way!
I really need to get a pedometer to get a better feel for how far we go, but for now, I'll just use the time thing.
Angie, I am sure it would be fine if you added in your miles now for last week. I know Amber has posted "catch up" miles before. I don't think it would be a problem.

Congrats on another great week! Well I think we can get to Hershey by the end of the week. I know I need to put in some extra miles to make up for yesterday. I was just stuffed bu the time it was lla said and done. Not the worst choices, but certainly not the best. at any reate, like we've all said, it's a new day a new week. Let's get moving.

I'll try and post again later. I need to do some work around here before my DH gets home. I actually took a nap today, which is rare for me. Needless to say, I've not done any housework.

Hi Red Team, bet you thought I was a goner!
Well, after being sick, things just totally zoomed ahead and I've basically been working every day. This is good ... don't get me wrong ... but it doesn't give me much chance to post.
ANyway, I am back running and logging my food and I hope that I will see another loss this week. I have had some lapses while being sick & recovering, but I think I've got my balance back now.
I'm so far behind that I don't think I can do personals - I just want to congratulate our team and WakeMeForSummer for an awesome job this week! WOO HOO!

I got my bike ride in last night after all!! Now if only I'd been eating on plan. I started out the day like I should but then my cousin called and guilted me into having lunch with her, then it was downhill from there. I really need to refocus the eating, I love the Fat Smash plan alot so its just a mental thing for me. I get into this mindset, well I am doing so much exercise I can eat the foods I want, and we all know thats just not the case when you are 100 lbs overweight!
I've got tons to do today so I better get to it! Have a wonderful day Red team!!!
