I am up for the challenge. DH is away so I am going to shoot for two a days. Also I am need to decide what my weigh in day is going to be. In the beginning I was only doing Monday and Friday. Now I am weighing everyday. It's driving me crazy. And I am less today than I was when I posted my weight. I could've been the biggest looser HEHEHE.
Sorry I was MIA over the weekend. Trying to get DH ready for his trip and lots of running around. My eating was not so great. Not bad, cuz I made the best choices, but it could've been better. But all in all I mangaged to loose this week.

I am so proud of myself. I haven't been at this weight for about 12 years at least.
I was watching celebrity fit club last night and i think i am going to go back to setting mini goals like they do. At least I will have something to shoot for. I am trying to hit 170 by the end of the month. I know I can do it, I just need to get on the ball.
Glad to see everyone is doing well for the most part. I know there have been a few sickies around here and I hope you all are feeling better.
Melissa, I am glad to see that FS is working for you. My cousin just called me and said that she and her mother are starting today. I've got several of my family members hooked as well. It really is a great plan.

Why is it that the brain works all sorts of magic to "justify" cheating and then desserts me when I'm feeling guilty! lol So anyways, its back to trying again and staying the coarse and getting off my butt and working out. Somehow when I exercise I tend to eat LOTS better. I am headed home to moms at the end of this month for my little sis's graduation and not looking forward to the "little talks" my mother will have in store for me regarding my weight...on & on she'll go about how she "worries" about me, I'm such a pretty girl..blah blah blah...
My dad on the other hand comes at it from another direction and asks me if I've been exercising lately. lol Gotta love my daddy!
