I got my ticker at tickerfactory.com. While filling in the info there is place that's asks for your height and weight. They will figure it automatically each time you update your ticker and like in my case it's shows across the top of my ticker. Hope this helps

I hate when that happens, I find it hard to eat enough on Atkins sometimes because of the fact I never feel hungry. And if I do feel hungry it doesn't phase me like before when I'd get a twinge of hunger and freak out looking for food.

Try eating more veggies today Linsy

Default Yuck! A cough and cold...

I'm not having a good week. I came down with a cough and a head cold this week. Bleh...I haven't eaten off plan, but I haven't felt like eating on plan if that makes sense. I've walked every day except today. Cannot make it out with Puddin'...hope everyone's week is better than mine.

P.S. My doctor says even after you stop having TOM, many women's bodies mimic the side effects of TOM, including weight gain, bloat, headaches, etc... how is that fair?

Sandy - hope you feel better!

I lost another pound today! (143) for some reason this time around it is totally clicking and the weight is falling off. I'm in the groove! I haven't seen the 130s in over a year and I am getting excited...

Default Thanks, everyone

Thanks for the "feel better's." I still feel awful; I did get a flu shot today because I wasn't running a fever. They were free from the school nurse, so I took advantage of it. I was very brave.

Stephanie- I have company and I'm trying SO HARD to not eat off plan...last night we sat at the table and he had enchiladas and beans and rice and I had steak w/ mushrooms (the steak was probably good but I didn't like it, probably because I wanted those enchiladas LOL) I ate same salad and zucchini lasagna the other night. I'm just not hungry! I'm busy watching movies and stuff and forgetting to even eat. Last night I had some salami rollups at like 9-10pm because I was starving. I'm eating literally like NOTHING and I don't know how I'm not hungry! Atkins can be tricky like that.

It can be tough when you see them eating all the foods you would like to eat, and they don't gain weight. Good news is I'm only a couple of lbs more than my fiance now, I used to be almost 50 more than him.

But because I don't feel hungry, it's so easy to kick those old desires, and I just don't crave them as much.

I just didn't feel like dinner tonight, but I had some organic turkey burgers with cheese on top because I knew I should eat.

Default Woo Hoo! Onederland is in sight!

This week is much better than I hoped. In fact, I'm shocked! I've had a nasty cold all week and haven't really done what I should...too few walks, too much cheese, too sick to cook.

But losing my sense of taste and my appetite has been good for my weight loss - down four pounds this week. I'm really glad because I was feeling really "blue" and getting tired of shopping, cooking, and even eating. So this is a much-needed boost.

Maybe next week I can hit Onederland! I hope everyone will be satisfied at the scales today...we try so hard.

Awesome job, Sandyfanny!

I know today's not weigh in day, but I am 148.8 this morning and ecstatic. It's a new low for me and less than 9 lbs from goal!

WTG Sandy! I think you will see onederland next week for sure!

I also have good news to report! I weighed in at 142 today. I started this week at 146 so I lost 4 lbs! I am really excited to see the 130s again, my goal for next week.

I just got my book and started reading it today but I did reduce my carbs for the week. Start the "real" plan on Monday (if I can get through the book by then!)
