1531 calories and way too many carbs...I think 16 carb serv. Went to birthday party but I really didn't eat much there. It was too early for me and I wasn't that hungry but I think that made my timing and hunger off the rest of the day. I felt sorta cheated (emotion) and since we agreed I would not cook dinner as dh had had a big meal at the party, I just snacked off and on all day. Several samples at New Seasons and Costco. The good thing is I stopped on the calories before messing up too badly.

Mary, next time your DH eats big at your non-eating time does not mean you don't get to have a meal at your eating time. Make yourself a dinner that you like (and maybe he doesn't) and eat alone. Snacking all evening is a killer.

Am2 on the loss. And enjoy your brunch.

I'm no longer exhausted. It was beauty day this morning. Waxed the eyebrows and used the Enjoi epilator on the legs and pits. I'm set for another two weeks. I love the epilator thingie. I never thought I'd say that after trying the Epilady in the 80's (maybe 90's - who knows). That thing was horrendous. Anyway, I realized this morning that I haven't touched a razor to my sensitive skin in four years now. Very nifty.

So I added my foods to LoseIt and yesterday wasn't too bad considering the exercise. 2057 cals and nearly 30 miles of biking. I think I did well. Certainly have had more cals on other long bike rides.

No exercise yet today as we had rain and the roads are muddy at the moment so no doggie hike. Soon though as much longer it will be too hot for the Siberian Husky Pack.

Hello all,

Sorry I haven't been keeping up here very well. I have been trying to learn how to keep track of my eating from a carbohydrate point of view. I'm pre-diabetic ~ trying/hoping to hold off a diagnosis of full blown diabetes. I have spent a lot of the weekend refiguring the things I eat, with that in mind and trying to change things around so I can make choices that have less carbohydrates. It was frustrating having to re-do that all, because I had already gone through the process while doing the weight watchers.

This eating while keeping track of the carbohydrates is new to me, so it may take me a bit to figure out what I am doing. and get a routine worked out with the foods similar to what I already had.

I did get the little TV moved to the room with the treadmill, and DH hooked it up to the hook up for the sattelite. So, I am ready to go, for my walking.

Hope you all are doing well.

Take care

Thanks for the congrats on my weight loss, Marie! It was small but hard won!

Glynne, glad you are getting the hang of counting the carbs. I only count calories but I sort of "watch" carbs and I prefer a high protein diet so I watch that too. Congrats on getting the TV hooked up in front of the treadmill.

I have a class starting at 7:40 a.m. tomorrow so will see ye when I see ye! Huzzah!

Changed direction today as far as I am not going to be able to take the classes right now, just was a long and discouraging day on all fronts so decided NOT to let it discourage me weight wise and ended eating day at 1615. Exercise was 75 min walk/15 min jog.

Am2, no one minds. I, for one, like it. Heck you got me to do yoga again! I'm sorry the class and plans fell through. That's a bummer.

Mary, good job on the calories and carbs.

I haven't tracked anything since Sunday. Bad me. Probably going to be bad me through the weekend since I have company, the 4th and DD's b-day. Some of my choices have been good...

On the exercise front, I've been doing great. Elliptical, hiking and yoga. I wish the only requirement to maintain or lose weight was exercise. I'd have that down pat.

1560 calories and 13 carb serv. My calorie goal is 1400 now but I'm happy enough as long as not much over 1500.

1695 today. Went to a nice little cookout and all the food was weight friendly due to the cook being on WW.

1940 and exercise was a 30 minute walk and a little gardening. An offish kind o' day lol.

Streakity is not updated yet, but still alive.

Hoping for a more exciting day tomorrow calorie wise.

Am2, you are doing amazing. Go Streaker Go!!!

I'm not logging or counting calories this weekend. Having company makes it difficult. Certainly not impossible as I lost loads of weight and had company but I am not going to be obsessive this Looonnnnngggg weekend.

No exercise so far today. Bad me. I suppose I still have time but hmmm. I'm lazy.

Thanks, Marie! Good idea to not be obsessive! Woot!

I started to walk then checked email on phone and got tied up in something, so will walk with a friend later.

Going to start keeping the streak logs updated privately and post them once in a while.

Intention for day is to focus on calories! Woot!
