Woot, all! It is 109 and humid (for us) and I'm cranky lol!

Anyway, ending eating day at 1580, which included 2 chocolate snack cakes early this morning when I came home from the gym. I really don't like the gym, prefer to exercise at home or in nature or anywhere outside but am only minimally working until the end of August and decided to go every day it is open and train on the indoor track and other facilities just because I have the membership and should use it. It was too hot to run outside even at 88 this morning. I am not handling not working too well lol.
Also I forgot to add some food into My Net Diary yesterday so was up in the 1800s but glad it was the first day of the week and am calling it the high day and feeling okay about cals.
Maryea, thanks for explaining about the fat in cheese affecting the insulin response. I never thought of that, not that it is my biz but I was curious. you are doing so well with this. Huzzah for you!
Mary, lol, someone DID tell me the scale wasn't important yesterday, plus people tell me that all the time. I so agree with you. I weigh only once a week (lol, know I've said that) unless I hop on for an unofficial private check now and then, but IF I did not have a regular scale routine and the data, I would still weigh 247 pounds. I absolutely have to know what the scale says despite some of its vagaries. The way my clothes feel is subjective. The data gathered from the tape measure is quite solid and does help give me the whole picture of how muscular I am, but I can't do without the scale.
Woot, I am going to do pilates now and hope I feel better, exercise so far was walk/run this morning on the gym track and then went to park despite the heat and just gently walked.
