Hi Ladies
Lost another 2# this week. :carrot: I am currently at my Mother-in-laws house helping care for her while she heals from surgery that she had late last month and prepares to begin chemo therapy next week. Luckily (if there is such a thing in a situation like this) I am the cook so I have control over what we are eating. Which helps us both as I am trying to lose and she needs to gain a bit before the chemo starts. I love reading all your posts and wish you all the luck and will power you need heading into the holidays! :dust::dust: |

Another 2 pounds again this week! Happy about that. :)
Becasue I find it necessary to invent things to worry about I have been feeling aprehension about hitting a plateau soon. Previous wieght loss efforts usually stalled around the 30-35# loss range and I just hit 36 pounds lost. My plan is to keep up the efforts as I have been and deal with any plateaus when they come. Which I am sure they will. Nervous....:?: |
Great job Syndehat, remember if you can maintain over the holidays it's equivalent to losing as most people gain 7-10 pounds over the holidays, sounds like you have a good plan!
