I felt good this week - a bit guilty for the off plan foods, but not guilty for the extra calories. I know the weekend will have off plan foods in it, but next week I will have to keep the higher calories but cut the off plan foods. I gave myself a little break this week and I am ok with it. |

I am being flexible with my calorie range. I probably ate between 1200-1600 on any given day this week. I am just going to put one foot in front of the other and really pay attention to how I feel rather than what the scale shows in terms of how I gauge my progress. |
I'm really new so
Day one- success! Veggies, fruits and an hour of exercise. Day two- feeling hungry, but so happy to be starting goals. 149/149/120 My first goal is to get out of "overweight" BMI which will be 135. Love it here |
