Started Michael Thurman 7/4 at 237 lbs.
7/11 - 227 7-18 - 225.5 Not quite as significant as week 1. But.... I only exercised twice AND I wanted to see the effect one off plan meal per week would have. I had tomato and green pepper pizza and red wine for a True Blood date with hubby on Sunday! Guess without significant exercise to offset it, one meal can have a profound effect on loss. At this weight, I should be losing 5 lbs a week in the beginning! |
May 31: 199.8
June7: 193.6 June 14: 192.0 June 21: 193 (I am sure the bounce is temporary) June 28: off the grid :P July 5: 194.8 ...Another reminder that if I do not count my cals I gain. July 12: 191.2 ...Yup, when I count I lose, when I don't I gain. July 19: 186.0 |

3boys - I am not sure that 5lb a week is realistic unless their is a lot of water weight involved.
Guac - You are doing great! Your clothes getting loser show that something positive is happening. Seagirl - the wooosh fairy really owes you a visit. I think what was said on another thread about training causing your stall may be true. |

7/18 - 225.5 (-1.5 lbs) 7/22 - 221 (-4.5 lbs) Changing my weigh-in day from Wed. to Sunday morning since I plan to continue my once a week treat of pizza and wine with hubby during True Blood on Sunday night! This was a much better week, even though it was a short one (only 4 days since last weigh in). Getting on the tread mill 3 of those 4 days was obviously the key! |

6/18: 235 6/25: 231.5 7/2: 231 7/9: 233 7/16: 231.5 7/23: 228 7/30: 227.5 I was down to 226 at one point, but bounced back a little. That's okay, as long as the long term trend is downward. |
