I only lost .5 lbs this past week. I weigh-in on Thursdays. I am so hoping to get out of the 190's this week. It has been my mini-goal for the past two weeks and I haven't reached it yet.

Bleh!! Bindibop. I feel your pain. I haven't felt well enough to exercise for a week and a half and its driving me crazy. Hope you feel better soon. |

Down 1.2 but really only down a total of .4 because the rest was a gain from the previous week. Mini goal is to be down another .8 which will put me at my lowest weight in 2012 which was about a year ago. This time I'm going to keep going after meeting that goal!!!

Going in the right direction slowly but surely. I've kept to the plan really well this week, but I've also allowed myself one or two treats. I'm really pleased that the "a little of what you fancy" plan is working.

LuvCats I bet it feels great to get to that lowest weight and start breaking new ground. I managed to get to 136 in 2008, but slowly my weight crept back up again. This feels like I'm just working to get to my starting point again. Hope everyone's having a great week. |
I finally broke by platearu and weighed in at 186 this morning. The lady at MRC was as surprised as me I think. I have 21 lbs to go to reach my goal weight.

Nonetheless, I'm happy to report a small loss: Tuesdays Jan 30: 277 Feb 5: 273 Feb 12: 274 (forgot to weigh before breakfast!) Feb 19: 268 Feb 26: 267 (Leonidas's fault) Mar 5: 266 Need to crank up the healthy cooking and exercise. It's been a rough couple of weeks, but I'm still here :D |

Yay for me...4.2 lbs down in Week 1. Hope everyone else had as much success!

I have to weigh myself daily as my weight can vary depending on how much fluid I'm retaining...so I just try to look at the lowest number for each month to try and get an estimate as to how much I weigh. Last time it was 210.5 lbs, so am figuring that to be my start weight.
