treadmiler - 2 lbs is nothing! You are doing great. Over the long haul, there will be lots of little regains due to holidays, vacations, health issues, hormones, you name it. The key is getting back on the wagon afterwards. You'll be fine!

I knew I was in trouble when the Thursday night dinner turned out to be lasagna and garlic bread! The weekend was totally worth it though.
I spent a whole day in the 220's. At least I know that if I can do it once, I can do it again... |
Hello! Today marks my first weigh in. I started the 6 Week Body Makeover one week ago. I did this plan years ago and had great success - did it for longer than 6 weeks and will again! Anyway, first week was awesome!
7/4 - 237 lbs 7/11 - 227 lbs! I know it's mostly water but it's still motivating. One week down, only 1000 weeks left! Hee! |

This is day 9 for me using medifast, but I have been working out for a few weeks now. I think joining this weekly weigh in will help keep me on track
Goals for this week : Drink 100 OZ water each day; swim 30 mins M-F; walk 4 miles on Sat; swim 45 minutes on Sunday. Going out of town to visit family on Friday so keeping these goals in mind and the fact that I need to check in next week will help me stay accountable. 7/7 289 7/14 280 |
