I need to better handle my cravings. 6/17/13 ... 154.5 Out of town for 9 of the last 14 days 6/24/13 ... 153.5 I think I'm doing better with calories. 7/1/13 ... 157.5 WHAT is going on with my body. I am not overeating! 7/15/13 ... 156.0 Ate in restaurants 3times last week. Thanks Rob. Beer ordered every time, too. Fun, delicious, but not helpful. 7/22/13 ... 158.0 HIGHEST WEIGHT SINCE POST-XMAS. 9/27: 149 10/5: 147.6 I'm using myfitpal to calorie count and it seems to be spot on. I had a 4500 cal deficit and so I lost just over a pound. |
