December 30,2012 - 153.4 Started the 30 Day Shred January 6, 2013 - 154.2 January 11 - 154.2. January 18 - 152.6 January 26 - 153.8 I have been working the 30 Day Shred and my weight has stayed the same. I took a 2 day break from the routine and dropped 2 pounds down to 151.6. Of course I want to be fit but I like seeing the scale move. If I add a cardio workout in addition to the shred do you think the scale will move? |

Pay no attention to me join date, this is week 4 for me and I am down a total of 20 lbs. I am 5'3" and started at 228. My goal.. I haven't even figured it out yet, I just keep telling myself 10 lbs at a time. i can do this!!

junem:That's still only .5 #. I'd say the rest of your hard work is still showing. :) I sat posting on another board and kept staring at it... I hadn't weighed... forgot before breakfast... didn't want to see what it would say after... but I stared at my words and finally got up and did it... down 2.4. :) Yes, still wondering what before breakfast would have been, lol. Now I need to get myself moving (literally) and get my exercise done. |
