Oops. I just had to check to find out the last time I posted my exercise minutes and I can't believe that it was last Sunday! I have been more slack than I thought. So here goes with catching up...
Monday - 40 mins exercise bike, 10 mins walk to school (didn't walk home as it was raining heavily - and I could have melted!)
Tuesday - 40 mins treadmill, 20 mins walk to and from school (just got 'drizzled' on)
Wednesday - Rest day from equipment. 20 mins walk to/from school and 20 mins laps of oval with kids.
Thursday - 40 mins treadmill, 20 mins walk to and from school
Friday - 40 mins treadmill, 20 mins walk to/from school, 10 mins laps of oval
Saturday - 35 mins of walking and 35 mins on exercise bike
That should all add up to 350 mins I think.
Personal Goal... 1070 - 350 = 720 mins left of July's goal of 1200
Group Total... 4253 + 350 = 4603
I'm on holidays now, so I should be able to post more regularly for a couple of weeks at least.
