Well, I've spent the last three days from 5 or 6 in the morning until 10 or 11 at night on my feet, running around helping riders get ready for classes, braiding horses, tracking down parents, patterns and potty rooms, so I'm going to let myself take an hour each day as exercise...
180 + 13101 = 13,281
10 whole more minutes of back exercises. I expect I'll be able to get back to regular exercise tomorrow. Wish I could make HALF my goal by the end of the month, but I'm not going to push until I'm sure my back is 100%.

Rolling in here with another 19 minutes on the exercise bike! Today is the first time I have ever used it! LOL I found it in the dumpster cage in our apartment complex and it is pretty nice... small but tall; so I lugged it up the stairs and put it on my deck. It is nice as I just went outside and propped my book on a pillow and rode away!!!
