  • Well, I kinda did a few bits and pieces today. It was a VERY wet and wild day, so I only got to walk TO school (10 mins) and we only got to do 10 mins of laps of the oval before it started to rain. Add to that the 30 mins on the treadmill and the 10 mins of weights and that makes 60 mins.

    Personal Goal... 1440 + 60 = 1500, which is 300 mins over July's goal of 1200

    Group Total... 12,616 + 60 = 12,676

  • Last night I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 on the treadmill, brining my total to 490.

    The group total is now 12,676 + 50 = 12,726

    Half an hour on the elliptical and a half hour with my trainer brings me to 550.

  • I'm just jumping right in here. I didn't make a personal goal since I'm just starting BUT I will add my minutes from this week since getting going again.

    Friday: 60 minutes
    Monday: 60 minutes
    Wednesday: 45 minutes
    Thursday: 15 minutes

    Personal total: 180

    Group total: 12,786 + 180 = 12,966
  • 30 mins on the exercise bike and 20 mins of laps with the kids.

    Personal Goal... 1500 + 50 = 1550, which is 350 mins over July's goal of 1200

    I hope we have an active weekend, so that total will just keep shooting up.

  • I am falling a bit behind.... yesterday was a long day (teaching from 6-10 pm!), and I hadnt done any exercise early in the day... so there I was at 11:30 at night, doing crunches and back exercises! (10 min)

    This morning I took the dogs on a walk bright and early (15 min)... don't yet know where the other exercise will come from, as I have plans all day! oh well..

    Group total ~ 13,016 + 25 = 13,041 min!
