Well, Friday ended up being a bust because of delays with our trip. But Saturday I got about 30 minutes of walking in and Sunday an hour, which brings my total to 350.
Monday - 40 mins treadmill and 10 mins walk to school. Too wet to walk home again.
Tuesday - 40 mins treadmill, 10 mins walk to school (too wet to walk home again) and 10 mins aerobics with kids.
Personal Goal... 1280 + 110 = 1390 mins, so 190 mins ABOVE July's goal of 1200
Group Total... 11,994 + 110 = 12,104
At the rate we're going we have a good chance to get close to 15,000 this month. Well done everyone!
Morning Ladies..did some weight lifting focusing on my back and chest and arms this morning. Makes me feel good when I do something first thing in the morning. I hope that it is helping.
Planned to have a 'rest' day today from equipment, so 20 min walk to/from school and 20 mins laps of oval with kids (some jogging), but then I had a 'craving' to do some weights work, so did 10 mins on the home gym this afternoon. It felt good to be doing that again.
Personal Goal... 1390 + 50 = 1440 mins, which is 240 mins ABOVE July's goal of 1200
Group Total... 12,316 + 50 = 12,366
