Hey, everyone! Wondered if I could join in here; I've been stuck at between 165 and 170 for the last year and a half...school, kids, life-plenty of excuses why I couldn't exercise. So I'm back and ready to go
Today I was at 164...hoping to see 160 by the end of the month (and since there's almost the whole month left, I'm hoping that's reasonable LOL)
