Ok ladies I'm in. My current weight is 162.0 I have been in the 160 range for way to long. I'm currently doing lowcarb/low sugar diet. I jog or walk about 8-10 miles a week (working on my time right now will add more miles then) and strength training. I decided to lose 30 pounds after talking to my doctor last week. Diabetes is a huge risk for me as most of my dad's side of the family has it. Doctor said 30 lbs was a good goal so for now I will settle with that. Current mini goal is to get out of the 160's by october 1st. Don't care if the scale says 159.9 just don't want to see 160 anything anymore
