You're probably retaining water after exercise:

You guys are doing so great!! Keep up the good work!!

I've had a serious whoosh going on and now a bit of stall. That's okay. I think spending some time at 165 is good for me. My head has been a bit overwhelmed getting used to this new body. I forget I'm thinner sometimes. I see myself in the mirror or just looking down and it's blowing my mind. I am continuing to have trouble with loose skin. I hope that tightens up. I am losing pretty quickly, so I'll take it for now.

166.3 Yay! Big milestone for me today as I've lost 2 kgs (4.4 pounds) this week.

Beachbreeze: Oh my word! 60 pounds. That's phenomenal! Well done!

She31: You can do it! Numbers are a funny thing - they give us such a psychological boost, don't they? Do it, do it!!

Default joining a little late.

Ok ladies I'm in. My current weight is 162.0 I have been in the 160 range for way to long. I'm currently doing lowcarb/low sugar diet. I jog or walk about 8-10 miles a week (working on my time right now will add more miles then) and strength training. I decided to lose 30 pounds after talking to my doctor last week. Diabetes is a huge risk for me as most of my dad's side of the family has it. Doctor said 30 lbs was a good goal so for now I will settle with that. Current mini goal is to get out of the 160's by october 1st. Don't care if the scale says 159.9 just don't want to see 160 anything anymore Come on ladies we can do this <3

I asked for it, I guess! LOL I bounced up 2lbs and have been camping at 167. I feel like I have gotten smaller even though the scale doesn't show it. My clothes are fitting differently. I think my body changes before the scale does. Oh well. I just need to make sure I keep going and don't get complacent. I have a "normal" body, but I'm not skinny yet!

Hey everyone. Sounds like everyone's moving down the 160 slide. I've been losing very slowly which is frustrating me a great deal. But I've had small losses the last 3 days and I'm now 165.4. Slogging away!
