  • I got down to 164.4 now back up to 167... I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds. I only have myself to blame to much snacking.
  • Lost my first 2 pounds, so as of this morning I'm 168.1! So I'm joining you all! Really hope I never see the 170's again, although for me the goals are a little different as we weigh in kilograms here.
  • Im halfway through! i hit 165 today! I hope to be leaving this thread by October if my initial weight drop from starting the SBD keeps up the momentum

  • I'm calling it! Good-bye 170's, hello 160's. Have weighed in at work at 165 this morning. Hope I don't spend 2 years in the 160's like I did in the 170's!
  • I officially hate my scale! I've picked up almost a pound! What on earth is my body running on? It sure ain't food - it's not getting much of that! Aw well, I guess it's a hard session at the gym this afternoon to beat it into submission.
  • 163.5 this morning! I can't wait to see the 150's Now I just have to make it through the weekend without any slip ups.
