Can I join also? I took a little time to maintain during the summer (lots of traveling, weddings, parties) but now I am ready to get back to it. I was 168 this morning.

Well....I was at the highest last year, early with 154! Then After getting down to 134...and getting married in February...I'm up to 163! I started south beach again yesterday and I'm hoping to get back at least into the high 130s, or low 140s. Currently though, 160s! Very, very few of my clothes fit!

164 and I am now in the healthy weight range for my height! I am so excited. It is amazing to think that as I start graduate school that everyone I meet will have never known me as overweight.

165.2 but had more water..so may be water weight. I have increased my water from 8 glasses to 10.
