I lost pound and feeling good 212.11oz now. However, I am having a problem with my hubby; he does not want me going to the gym so much. I think I have to cut my gym days back. He said I only need to go to the gym once a week. Also now that I'm on my monthly; I can not do 2 hours in the gym. I can only do 1 hr.

Have any of you ladies ever used energy pills and if so what kind and does it work? I asked this because whenever I'm on my monthly I feel very lazy.

fatness: why does your hubby only want you to go the gym once a week? I probably don't have the whole story, but it seems like he should support your decision to go and workout? I don't want to sound like I'm attacking, just curious.

Don't worry you are not! My hubby said; that it's good I am losing but I don't have to go to the gym everyday. He has been fusing about this since he got back into the country. For the last week I been going to the gym at 1am because he is sleep at that time. My hubby is controlling and since I been working-out; he wants to control what I eat and how much I eat and now how many times I should go to the gym. I am just hopping that when I do start going to the gym once a week; I don't gain the weigh back.

I'm posting my weight now. I've been doing so good this week, I'm afraid it's a trap and I'll weigh in terribly tomorrow! :P

A lot less politely than jmko, I just have to say, fatness, that is absolutely not okay. Are there mental health resources available for him (I assume military because of your comment about him coming back)?

I'm with jenicra on this one... You are taking care of your health and most medical doctors recommend working out at least 3 times per week. You're not doing anything outrageous, you are taking all the right steps, taking care of your health. (And even saying that is a stretch for me because you should be able to do whatever you think is right, be it going to the gym everyday, or anything else you may decide for yourself...)

You might want to have a conversation with your hubby, because if he has a tendancy to be controlling, you need to make sure you stand your ground so that he doesn't get used to dictating your life...

I hope I'm not being to forceful here, but this is a slippery slope for many men...

I BOUGHT A KITTEN TODAY.

As a result I spent all day playing with her and not working out. I also skipped lunch because I was too darn excited to eat. I did drink a Cherry Coke, though. It tasted so good. >.< Bad Lauren!

I refuse to put in my weight today! I'm retaining water from my legs being so stiff I can't walk right (I took up running again, my body doesn't like running) with the added bonus of just putting my Nuvaring back in today which always freaks my body out for a day or two. Soooo....weigh-in once my body gets a grip.

Angry

I am so upset! I am still 212! My monthly is really holding me down and I have no energy to workout! Started the week off at 216, middle part of the week I hit 212.12oz. Today Weigh-in 212.07oz. Total lost for this week 4 pounds.

I really need to find some energy!
